As blood dripped from Michael's neck, Adair chuckled with a shake of her head.

"Well, honestly, this isn't the oddest thing I've seen," she remarked.

"No, it ain't odd at all!" Hosea yelled. "It's shockingly disgusting, is what it is!"

Arthur scratched the side of his head. "I think I might have to agree with you on that, Hosea. I mean...th-that ain't right at all."

Michael's head made a deep frown. "Did this man not deserve punishment for his offense? Because, heh heh heh, he definitely suffered."

"Oh, he deserved it," Dutch replied.

"Then why do you all look so upset?"

"I think this is, well..." Arthur sighed. "It's a little unnatural."

"Explain."

Brigid cleared her throat. "I do believe it is superstition in the mortal realm that reanimating a dead body is considered unholy."

"Oh, yes. That," Michael's head chuckled. "Well, I can't let his remains go to waste. His body contains so much information, I must go through it all."

Abraham barked with laughter. "Spoken like a true scientist!"

Darrach smiled. "Thank you, Abra-Ham Hands."

People made various sounds of amusement, including Dr. Van Helsing. "That is not my name," he laughed.

"I know. It's what Rose calls you, and you should be flattered. Why do you think Rose swallowed you whole rather than chomp you to bits? She was fond of you."

"Oh. Huh." The doctor shrugged as Cernunnos stepped forward.

"Darrach, this is a form of necromancy. It is forbidden!" the goat god said.

"Uh, The Morrigan raises people from the dead. How does this not fall under the same category?"

"This is a manipulation of a dead body without its soul! And you are not a god!"

Michael's eyes narrowed at Cernunnos. "Who are you to say I am not a god?"

"Are you a god?" Vu asked curiously.

Michael's face made a thoughtful expression. "Hmm, well...yes and no, if I am to go by what constitutes godliness."

"Well, ya still canna do things like this, Darrach," Lugh explained.

"Why?"

"...Ya just...ya just canna," Lugh responded with a flabbergasted expression.

Darrach shook Michael's head, making him sigh. "Here is the thing. The only one who can tell me what I can and cannot do is Lady Morgan."

"Why?"

Play music here

It was at that moment when a gramophone horn came out of the roots and a cello began to play, then Michael's head started singing.

First things first
I'mma say all the words inside my head
I'm fired up and tired of the way that things have been, oh ooh
The way that things have been, oh ooh

More string instruments joined in with the music as the roots moved back and forth in rhythm with the song.

Second things second
Don't you tell me what you think that I could be
I'm the one at the sail, I'm the master of my sea, oh ooh
The master of my sea, oh ooh
