"I still don't see how you guys didn't realize I was a demigod," Lilly said to Adair and Brigid while she was packing up all her gifts.

"Well, I didn't even know Adair was put into you," Brigid explained.  "When I found out, I just assumed you had divinity in your ancestry.  For all I know, you could've been Lugh's great great great great great great grandchild."

Lilly immediately paused before eyeballing Brigid.  "Um, what?"

Adair rolled her eyes.  "Don't mind her," she said as she held Alex in her arms.  "She has a...problem with Lugh.  Understandably so, but-"

Lilly huffed.  "Is this why you never told him about you two being twin flames?  Because he was a womanizer?" she asked Brigid.

With a sigh, Brigid sat down in a chair.  "It's a wee bit more complicated than that, but yes."

As Lilly continued putting stuff away, she rolled her eyes.  "Well, it ain't none of my business, stepsister, but I think you should cut him some slack."

Brigid chuckled.  "And why is that?"

"Because as flawed as he is, Lugh adores the hell out of you."  Lilly grinned when Brigid's mouth dropped.  "Don't act like ya never seen the way he looks at you.  I saw plenty of it back in '01."

"I have no idea what you mean!" Brigid replied in shock.

"When was the last time Lugh was with a woman?  That you know about?"

Brigid looked thoughtful, biting her lip.  "Uh, well, I...I don't know."

"So is it possible that he got, you know...tired?"

Adair snorted before cackling hysterically.  "Where are you going with this, Lilly?"

Lilly finished packing the rest of her stuff up.  "I heard a rumor that, uh, the reason why Lugh had so many women was because he was preparin' for his twin flame.  Sexually."

A bright red flush appeared on the queen's cheeks.  "Uh...I..." she muttered, unable to finish.  "I never heard that.  Who did you hear that from?"

Lilly giggled as she took a step back, clicking on one of her beads to suck all her trunks in.  "I saw Aphrodite earlier and she confirmed it."

"How did the conversation even come up?!" Brigid asked as the three women prepared to leave.

"Well, Demeter said somethin' similar, do I decided to do some investigatin'."

Brigid's eye twitched.  "I see."

Alex started fussing and Adair sighed as Brigid opened the bedroom door.  "Aww, Alex, are you getting hungry again?"

As Adair opened part of her dress so Alexander could suckle, Lilly giggled.  "Somethin' tells me that boy is gonna be a lady's man as well."

The women went to the sitting room door.  "Probably, if he's anything like his father," Adair joked.

"Speakin' of fathers," Lilly interjected as she opened the door and walked out with her sisters, "what exactly can ya tell me about mine?"

"What do you mean?" Brigid inquired as they walked down the hallway.

"Well, as you can imagine, I don't remember much of my childhood.  Everything before we fled is so...unclear.  So what I would like to know is how he accomplished all the feats he did.  Was he a magic user?"

"Yes," Brigid replied casually.  "He was quite adept at it, which is understandable considering the O'Callaghan bloodline."

Lilly blinked in confusion.  "I'm sorry, what?"
