"Okay dad, I don't mind, at least I'll be away from them," I said as they chuckled, "Y/n, your uncle isn't like that tho," My dad said as I rolled my eyes, "Come on dad," I said.

The car stopped in front of a fancy restaurant, OMG just look at it, it's so fancy.
My uncle and aunt walked out of the car, as I followed them behind, we reached our seats, and I saw Mr and Mrs Thomas, sitting there with an unknown person.
"Hello Y/n dear," Thomas uncle said as I greeted him back politely, "You are looking so beautiful today," He said as I smiled, and then my eyes went to the young lad sitting beside uncle Thomas.

"Uncle Thomas so you mean...." I stopped as he nodded his head, "Yeah, my son returned back from China yesterday only," He said as I smiled at him, "Hello, I'm Y/n," I said as I forwarded my hands to him, he gladly accepted it.

"Y/n and my son Kai will be engaged next month," He said as I widened my eyes and stood up, "WHAT!" I asked and looked at my uncle and aunt as they sent me death glares and signaled me to sit down. But will I? NO
"What do you mean by next week?" I asked, "Don't you know about it? I and your father agreed about it long ago, that we will engage you both when you turn 17," He said as I scoffed.
"Father?" I said, "He's not even my father," I mumbled, "But I'm still 17, how can I marry him this early," I said.
"Y/n, you aren't marrying him now, we are just engaging you both, just a surety that you will only become my daughter-in-law," He said as I looked at my fake parents who said me to sit down already, and yeah I finally sat down.
UGH, what to do? I really don't wanna engage this early, *heavy sigh* it's okay Y/n, when's your flight anyway?
