Chapter 10 - The colors of Magic

The first single from Ashwin's movie sung by Sivaangi had got released a week back and is tearing through all possible records.

Even though Sivaangi's both previous songs turned out to be moderate hit, this one broke all the records on the very first day itself.

From the time of its release her fame rose multiple folds making her extremely busy and sought after singer. Ashwin too got committed in two more movies making them professionally strong.

While the world started turning into heaven for them, for some one it became a living hell.

Sivaathmika struggled really hard to hide her feelings for Ashwin. It became really difficult especially when they both are sharing the same roof. She gave up almost all of her favorite routines like running or drinking her morning honey drink on the terrace in the fear of meeting Ashwin.

Things started getting worse when all her mental dilemmas started affecting her work. She started going late to shoots, her make up started turning out to be not up to the mark and to top it all the sparkle and life in her eyes and smile which is her biggest asset disappeared completely making her look like plain white board.

Her agent tried talking to her to get to know what is bothering her, but she shut her out, but she couldn't do the same when Sakshi questioned her.

"I think you should tell Ashwin how you feel and let him take the call Mika instead of torturing yourself like this" said Sakshi

"What do you think of Ashwin Sakshi? He is head over heels in love with Sivaangi, nothing I say or do can change that, if I tell him, all he will give me back, will be his pity. I would rather die than be looked at like some helpless puppy" said Mika

"Moreover, as I have told you million times before, I can never do that to Sivaangi" she added

"Didn't any one in your house notice these changes in you? Your parents? What about your darling Sivaangi?" Asked Sakshi little sarcastically

"She is busy with her recordings, she is also roped in for one of a prominent role in SK's movie, so she is travelling for that, apart from these she also has her regular shows and commitments, she is too busy to notice these things" replied Mika little aggressively defending her twin

"And my parents will never ask me because they think that I will think it is an intrusion of my privacy" she added

"So basically no one cares about you" said Sakshi little frustrated

"Someone did notice " replied Mika

"Who?" Asked Sakshi

"Ashwin" she replied with a depressed smile

"What?" Asked Sakshi shocked

"Yeah, that guy is not making it easy for me" said Mika picking small lint from her leggings

"What did he ask and what did you reply" asked Sakshi

"The usuals, why am I scarce around the house? Why am I not coming to terrace anymore and why is my face looking like I have lost some one close to me?"  Said Mika her eyes welling up as that scene flashed back in front of her eyes.

"How did you react? Sakshi asked again

"How I wanted to react was to run into his arms, tell him everything and cry my heart out, but what I told him is am practicing for a gothic themed fashion show cum shoot" she replied with a careless smile

"This is not at all healthy Mika, you have to do something to snap out of this or else you might loose everything" said Sakshi
