I was frozen at my place. Everything was happening in such a speed yet slowly. I shut my eyes tightly and stood there to feel the pain. I couldn't think straight. Thought of dodging the knife did cross my mind but I could make my muscles move an inch.
"This is the end."

I was somewhere relieved that this would all end but the knife never came in contact with my body. I opened my eyes confused to see my "Guardian Angel", my "Hero" holding that bastard's hand preventing him to stab me.

Soon some cops entered the room and arrested him for attempt to murder, abuse, harassment and all the things he did to me.
Everything happened in front of my eyes yet I couldn't react or even move my finger.

He called me softly in soothing voice and that was enough for me to break down.

It has been months since he was arrested yet I am not fully recovered from the trauma.
