Today was relatively eventful.

I laid in my bed that I haven't felt for what seems like years.

Shit Head is sleeping on my stomach.

I can already hear Alessio asking Austin if he wish that this were him.

Everyone decided to spend the night at Ezio's including Austin's girlfriend.

I think we all have a spoken agreement to not tell her who I am.

I watched my clock as it ticked, but it drove me crazy.

I got up which woke Shit head up and put the clock under my bed which somewhat muffled the noise.

———

I somehow fell asleep last night and now was looking fucking everywhere for my phone.

I left my room and went to Ezio's.

"Dad," I say as I stand on his bed. "Father."

I kick him slightly which makes him roll off the bed.

"Ouch... what the fuck?" He groggily said.

"Where is my phone?" I asked him.

"Uhh... second guest room, with your laptop," he says.

"Now why in the fuck is it there?" I question.

"It's the only guest room with a safe in the floor, they're in that," he sighs as he crawls back onto his bed.

"Alright," I shrug.

I jump off his bed and make my way to the second guest room.

I peak my head in and see that it's Austin and Julie's room for the night.

I pull up the rug and look for anything that could be opened to reveal a safe, but it's not their.

I quietly leave and go back to Ezio's room.

"Dad," I say as I make my way over to the side of the bed he is facing.

"What?" He asks me.

"Where is the safe in the floor?" I ask him.

"Under the bed, you'll have to move it, so I would wait until morning," he tells me.

"Fat chance," I huff as I go back to the guest room.

I start to move the bed with both people on it towards the wall.

Eventually I get it enough to where I can see a floorboard that is just barely out of place.

I try to pry it up and successfully do it after about five minutes.

I look up at the bed and see a pair of eyes staring at me in the dark.

"What the fuck are you doing?" Austin whispered.

"I'm Gen z, you don't think I need my phone?" I ask him.

"Do you need help?" He asks me.

"Nah," I shrug.

He continued to watch me as I pick the safe and open it to reveal my phone and laptop.

I grab them and close the safe and put the floor board back over it.

I lay the carpet down and shimmy the bed back in place while Austin silently laughed.

"Babe? Why are you laughing?" I heard Julie ask.

I continued to move the bed and she started to freak out.
