Hey 😪 don't be mad, you can be mad, wait no- I'm sorry

Guys, we'll get past this

Actually, you might be mad at me for this chapter, look... I didn't know what I was thinking.

My excuse this time: I have someone taking up a lot of my time, you can direct all your anger at my messages and I'll rely it to him.

Also, Flying out to New Mexico on the 21st of July because I had someone pass, I'm fine, but those are my excuses for how short this chapter is.

He deepened the kiss and placed his other hand on my waist to pull me closer and I placed one of my hands in his hair and the other on his chest.

He pulled me closer causing me to swing one of my legs over and straddle him in the couch.

"BELLE! I want you to meet Lauren!" I heard Elmo yell.

He both froze, hoping Elmo didn't see us.

"Belle? Are you up here?" Elmo asked as he climbed the stairs.

I quickly got off Luke and put the book back on my lap and continued to read out loud.

"Who are you?" Elmo asked.

"Luke, Belle is helping me in my language class," Luke says as he gets up and goes to shake Elmo's hand.

Elmo accepts the handshake after eyeing Luke.

"I'm Elmo's Belle's older brother," He says.

I stood up, after putting the book down and smiled at Lauren, who is a small ginger girl that stood behind Elmo.

"You're the Belle who came back from the dead right?" Lauren asks me.

"That would be me, yeah," I chuckle as I shook her hand.

"It's nice to meet you, we'll leave you two to studying now," Lauren smiled as she grabbed Elmo's elbow and dragged him back down the stairs.

Luke and I sat back down on the couch and he stared at me as I picked up the book again.

"I know you don't need help with French," I tell him.

"Huh? What do you mean?" Luke smiles at me.

"You're already really well spoken in it and I see you hesitate when you mess up the feminine and masculine things," I chuckle as I look at him. "You aren't proficient in it, and your accent needs work, but you're above where you should be in your class."

"How do you know?" He asks me.

"I know when people are lying," I shrug as I try to find the page we were on.

"How many siblings do you have?" He asks me as he changes the subject.

"I'm still gonna tutor you, don't worry," I smile at him.

"Great," he says as he places his arm on the couch behind me.

"I have 8 brothers," I say.

"8?!?" He repeats.

"Fabio is the oldest, then Gino, Zeno, Savio and Elmo, they're identical twins, Dante, Alessio and Niccolò the last two are my triplets," I tell him.

"Holy shit," he whistled. "You're a triplet?"

I nodded and took out my phone to find a picture of the three of us.

"Where is Alessio?" He asked me.

"In Germany," I shrug. "He's a foreign exchange student."

"So he speaks German?" He clarifies.

"Yeah," I nod.
