It was midnight, where Jungkook was asleep but he feels someone was nudging him so he groaned in his sleep and turned to the other side. He continued his dream but then he feels someone was shaking him and he heard a faded voice calling him. He sighed as he slowly open his eyes and tried to focus on who was calling him in the middle of this night.
"Hyungie...."
Oh, he forgot that he has Jimin beside him. He quickly turned around and met with Jimin blue eyes, his messy silver hair and he was pouting. Looking at Jungkook with his puppy eyes.
"Yes?" Jungkook answered as he wrapped his arms around Jimin's and bring him closer to his chest.
"Hyungie, can I have an ice cream?" Jimin asked. Jungkook frowned.
"I have bought a bunch of ice cream the other day, have you eaten all of it?" Jungkook asked. Jimin hummed. Saying that he has eaten all of that ice cream that Jungkook bought last week. Jungkook open his eyes quickly this time, the sense of sleepy was no longer there as he stare down at Jimin.
"In a week?" Jungkook asked. A little disbelief tone in his voice.
"Yes," Jimin answered, drawing a pattern on Jungkook's chest with his little finger. Jungkook grabbed his phone to look at the time.
"Honey, it's 3:00 am. No ice cream shop or parlour opened at this time. We will get the ice cream in the morning yeah?" Jungkook asked, to make sure if Jimin was okay with the idea.
Well...he's wrong tho.
Instantly, Jimin pulled away from Jungkook chest, push his husband with his strength that Jungkook think he can fall off from the bed but he manage to stable himself and looked at Jimin shocked. Jimin sit on the bed and looked at Jungkook with a mad gaze (but for Jungkook, it's cute).
"NO!! I want ice cream...NOW!!" Jimin demanded make Jungkook release a sigh.
What does he expect?
"Honey, we can't. It's 3:00 am. There's no way we can get an ice cream at this hour" Jungkook said, trying to coax his husband.
"Are you denying what your baby wants? Hyungie? It's your baby who wants ice cream, not me!! Hyungie, do you hate me? You hate me didn't you"
And that's when Jungkook lying on the bed hearing Jimin's constant downgrading himself, telling him that he hates him, telling him how sorry he is for being a burden, with his eyes getting teary. That's when Jungkook found himself in his car with happy Jimin beside him, driving to search for ice cream. Jimin was wearing a blue knit sweater with jeans while Jungkook just go on with the pyjamas he's wearing tonight. Luckily there's a shop where they sell ice cream and still open even it's nearly 4:00 am. Jungkook stop at the shop and asked Jimin what flavour did he want and quickly get out of the car. He buys the ice cream quickly because it's too dangerous to stay outside at this hour. After all, this is the time where people does their dirty works. You know what type of people right? Jungkook didn't want to mention it too long as he enter the car back and handed Jimin the ice cream. The pregnant male squealed in happiness and quickly open the plastic-wrapped and started to taste the flavour. He hummed in delight as Jungkook just chuckled.
"Do you want some, hyungie?" Jimin asked. Jungkook chuckled again.
"I want my sleep," Jungkook said teasingly, earning a huff from Jimin.
"I'm sorry for disturbing your sleep. It's just too sudden" Jimin asked, his tone a little bit guilty. Jungkook take Jimin's hands that wasn't holding the ice cream as he pecked the knuckles and caressed them.
"It's okay, sweetheart. Anything you want" Jungkook said.
