-"Sukuna?" You'd call out his name as you entered his room. Sure enough, the curse was on his bed with his eyes closed. Sukuna laid on his side, his arm propped up to hold his head. Upon hearing his name, he opened his eyes and looked at you; his red gaze making your face turn warm. The events from earlier that week kept replying in your head like a broken tune. The way his body covered yours and pleasure filled you both, his gaze that seemed to never break yours. It was all so memorizing.
Sukuna looked you up and down before a small smirk played at his lips. He closed his eyes again and parted his lips to speak: "I see you're able to walk."
'This man..!'
Your face instantly burned from embarrassment at his comment. The audacity this curse had was appalling. Every since that...interesting night, you were sore like hell and had issues walking. Not only was it too much to handle, his stamina was never-ending, and it was your first time. Of course doing it with the king of curses wasn't going to be a simple event where you walk away without any damage done.
"That...doesn't matter." You adjusted your throat nervously before trying to regain your calm. "Ever since my dangerous encounter with Mahito, I've been pondering on one of my missing memories. He claimed he saw you in front of me after he pushed me off the cliff." Sukuna stayed silent for a few seconds before confirming what you said. "Mm. Yup, sounds about right."
He pushed himself up, a breathy grunt leaving him as he sat up and faced you. "Pretty amazing for a fragile girl to survive a fall like that. Guess you weren't so fragile, huh?"
"I was always told I was lucky," You replied, giving a weak smile. "But that's why I came here. I'd like to know what happened back then. I'm sure you'll be able to fill me in on my memory. You clearly seem to remember how damaged I was after the fall." Sukuna would ruffle through his hair, letting his hand fall down by his side again. "I find it amusing that you're just now asking."
"I didn't think you influenced my past so much. That, and I wasn't as close to you as I am now..." You became a bit shy after admitting the last part. Gosh, now wasn't the time...
"Yup, you're one hella bold woman for getting this close. First in forever, you know?" You walked over to his bed and sat down on the edge, smiling at him. "Im sure you're glad I am close, though." Sukuna only stared before a weird smirk made its way to his lips. Just made him look more sadistic—which was attractive in your eyes. "Cocky, aren't we?" His comment made your smile turn teasing, shrugging your shoulders as if 'you didn't know'.
"It'd be a lie to say I wasn't fond of you." He'd speak, his deep voice making you want to scoot closer.
And so you did.
You pushed yourself into his arms, resting against his chest. Sukuna who seemed surprised at your actions only stared for a good second. He wanted to question you on what you were doing. Nonetheless, he decided to stay quiet and wrap his arm around you.
"It all starts with Megumi and the shitty gem shards. He stole a few gems from this place, snatched them away from one of my servants when he was a young. Impressive for a little runt like he was, right?" Sukuna would give a sharp smile and place his hand up, looking at at you. "He was more man than my own grown ass servants at the time."
You smiled softly at his words. Whenever Megumi got praise from anyone, you couldn't help but feel happy for him. He deserved every praise—he deserved a lot in the world that he wasn't able to achieve. Yet, he still moved on like the strong person he was.
