After finishing rehearsals for the next episode of Sixteen, the rest of the competitors head to one of those 'no foreigners allowed' restaurants that somehow still exist. So, I'm taking the time to practise my guitar – with limited success.
Suddenly, the door to the practice room opens, and in walks none other than Jackson Wang of Got7 himself.
I stand up sharply and bow.
"Sorry," He says, bowing back. "I thought the rehearsals were over."
"It is, I just wanted some time to practise," I reply, gesturing to my guitar.
He looks at me in curiosity before shutting the door.
"You're... Y/N, right?"
"Yes, that's me," I reply awkwardly.
"I didn't know you played."
"I don't," I laugh. "Not well anyway."
"Come on, show me what you've got."
I sigh and play some awful version of the chords of Thinking Out Loud. Jackson fails to hold in a laugh.
"Well don't laugh!" I shout, grinning anyway.
"No, really," He smiles, clearing his throat. "It just needs a bit of work. Can I?"
I nod and we take a seat.
