Elderly

And as the years pass by,
I see how fragile she has got,
To the way she's finding it difficult to even cook her famous dish,
It's unsettling that I feel so hurt that I can't help her,
I can't save her from becoming elderly,
They say it's all part of life but how can I sit back and watch when I feel nauseous of even the thought of her not here with me....
