Lost without a cause

I feel like the whole world around me is crumbling,
Little by little,
I feel so claustrophobic it's like my heart shrinking,
I need to breathe yet I have so many duties on my shoulder and most of all I have my emotions that I can't get rid of,
I need help yet I don't have no one to help me with the burden on my shoulders I feel lost without a cause and I have to be stronger.
