When you're alone, it's not the simple fact that you are alone which is the problem.No.
It's the fact that everything becomes much clearer, so much so that the power of the clear picture gives you a headache.
Maybe you have questions, thoughts, things replaying in your mind, or even just feeling down because it's just you by yourself, confiding to you.
The thought of being alone is uneasy.
But then being alone makes you understand no one actually knows you. Once that special person leaves you, you have no one who understands you.
You may have family members but they don't know the real you no matter how close you are with them.
You struggle to breathe, everything feels suffocating. Being alone is an emotional experience. Just like babies crying as soon as their guardian leaves them as they crave attention and affection. We as adults crave just as much as we despise being left alone for a few minutes, hours, days and years.
But life goes on, you carry on to get stronger and eventually being alone is just a feeling of numbness.
