What is this?

I'm in this phase where all I see is nothing,
I'm moving with the speed of time,
I'm getting everything done,
Yet I can't process it all,
And I guess I feel stuck in this nonstop loop,
And I can’t seem to get myself out of it,
Do you know what this is?
