धर्मे चार्थे च कामे च मोक्षे च भरतर्षभ |
यदिहास्ति तदन्यत्र। यन्नेहास्ति न तत् क्वचित्॥

Whatever Dharma, Artha, Kaam and Moksha exists in the world exists in the text. Whatever is not there in the text exists nowhere.

Along with these 4 Purushartha of life, Mahabharat also is a text where justice is served perfectly. After the segment of Draupadi's cheer haran, the entire text becomes a Nyayeshashtra where each culprit gets punishment for being silent or actively participating in it.

Now some say that Bhism died unfairly, Dron died unfairly, Karna died unfairly, Duryodhan died unfairly.... If you are one of these then this is very important for you.

Every adharmi or those who sided with adharm got punishment that they deserved.

Repeatedly in Bhagwad Gita, Shri Krishna tells Arjun to punish the wrong doers. The war of Kurukshetra was done to punish all the culprits whether from the side of Dharma or Adharm.

Duryodhan told Draupadi to sit on his Jangha, Bheem broke it. This was Duryodhan's punishment.

Dushashan dragged Draupadi to the court like an animal and proudly beats his chest, his both hands were severed off and chest was broken. This was Dushashan's punishment.

Karna gave the idea of cheer haran and laughed at the helpless condition of a woman, he was killed in a helpless condition. This was Karna's punishment.

All his valor and all his daan was too little compared to the crime he had committed by actively participating in dishonouring a woman.

Bhism stuck to his oath for throne of Kurukul but silently saw his own kul-vadhu being treated as such, he was pinned by countless arrows and made to see destruction of his entire kul. Destruction of generations after generations. This was Bhism's punishment.

Dronacharya didn't show his Kaurava students, the right path at their worst adharm and hence he lost his head in his worst condition. This was his punishment.

Dhritrashtra's putramoh was one of the main reasons for adharm to grow so much. He saw the death of all 100 of his sons because he didn't show them the right path. This was his punishment.

And not only Kauravas, but even Pandavas also got punishment. Because all men in that sabha were the culprits of Draupadi.

Draupadi had garlanded Arjun first, so although all Pandavas were her husband, so whether they stood up or not he should've stood up for her. But he didn't.

Therefore Arjun got one of the most harsh punishments of them all in a sense, he was made to kill all his sambandhi, all the ones he looked up to.

What did you think ? Is it fun to kill one's own family ? Would Arjun ever get over the fact that he killed his family members ?

Dharmraj Yudhishthir staked his own brothers and wife, the one who was revered by gods, who had never spoken a lie in any situation, was made to lie on the battlefield to kill his teacher. His one lie was bigger than his 100 truths.... This was his punishment.

Balram dau, taught Gadayudh to an adharmi, and hence he was made to watch Duryodhan's death and was unable to do anything. This was his punishment.

So one may argue saying this or that person was killed unfairly or fairly and if Pandavas were from the side of Dharma then why did they use treachery and stuff but the Kurukshetra war is not about that. It's about punishments each warrior got, that they fully deserved.

Even in Ramayan, Ravan kidnapped Mata Sita, his entire city and kul was destroyed by Shri Ram. In Mahabharat, again there was destruction of kul due to dishonour of a woman Draupadi.

From stories of Mata Durga and Mata Kali to tales of Ramayan and Mahabharat, what we learn is that disrespect of a woman is payed with complete destruction of a being and his existence.

The war of Kurukshetra is the justice served by Paramatma Shri Krishna himself.

Just putting forward a new perspective ❤️

Sanatan Dharm ki yahi sundarta hai, ek vyakti ne humari maa Sita ka apharan kiya toh humne uski Lanka laga di aur jisne humari kul-vadhu Draupadi ke aachal ko haath lagaya toh uske pure vansh ki chita jala di.

This is the respect of a woman in Sanatan Dharma 🙏🙏
