-Melissa's POV-

"Gosh, Melissa! Wake up! Today's Graduation Day!" Olivia shouted and jumped on my bed. I growled and covered my face with a pillow. I heard her sigh. She jumped down from my bed and went to my side. She then pulled the pillow off from my face and started beating me with it. My eyes shot open and glared at her. I slowly get up as my belly is really huge. I then just sat there, looking how happy Olivia is.

"Okay, what's bothering you? It's your graduation day! Our graduation day! You should be happy. You get to go to the arts school you want." She asked, sitting beside me. I don't even know how to feel. Should I feel sad because Chris unable to see me graduate? Should I feel happy that I achieved my dreams? Or should I be devastated as I will be dead in a month later?

"I don't know how to feel anymore, Liv. If I feel sad, it feels wrong. If I'm happy, it feels wrong too. So, I don't know what to feel." I said, looking down and pretend to check my fingernails.

"You're missing Chris, are you?" She asked me. I took a deep breath and nodded.

"Yeah. He's supposed to be home yesterday. It's been a month since he's been away."

"Don't worry, Mel. He's fine there. It's okay, you have me. And Oliver. And James." My body froze after I heard his name. Speaking of James, he is single again. A week ago, Megan broke up with him because he didn't spend more time with her. Instead, he's here, in my penthouse, hanging out with me and Olivia since she will sleep over until Chris came back.

"Earth to Melissa." Olivia snapped her fingers in front of me lots of times before I recovered. I looked at her and she gave me a worried look.

"You better go wash up and get ready. I don't want to be late for our graduation day." Olivia demanded me, walking towards the door. I just obeyed her and went to the bathroom to clean myself up. I sighed. Today is really going to be a long day.

-Olivia's POV-

"Come on, pick up!" I growled, walking around Melissa's penthouse like a drunk person. After the sixth ring, he finally picked up. Thank god, luckily I never hung up on him.

"Hello?"

"What took you so long!" I shouted, leaving an echo around the living room.

"Well, I was in the shower. Now I'm here, struggling to wear my clothes, what's up?" He asked as if he's not guilty for picking his phone late.

"It's about your true love. She's really upset since Chris left."

"How can that be? I've been there for her since that bastard left. Unless there's something stop her from being with me." James' tone started to get harsher. Anytime soon, his actions might turn violent.

"You didn't notice something when you're holding her hand? Left hand to be exact."

"No. Nothing. Why?"

"Gosh, you're an idiot." I facepalmed myself. How can he did feel it? She's been wearing it all day, all night.

"How does me didn't realise anything makes me an idiot?"

"You're really idiot, just saying." There's a silence on the other line. I waited for him to reply, sitting on the goddamn comfortable sofa.

"Can you just get to the point?" He said, annoyed.

"She's wearing a ring, James."

"So? It doesn't really say anything about breaking my relationship with her." God, he's really an idiot. I just kept quiet before he realised what the ring stands for.
