A story in which tony stark wakes up from his coma after his fight with Steve Rogers in captain America 3 civil war with no memory of what took place. He then comes home from the hospital only to find a good bye letter written by Steve months prior. He is confused about what is going on, and about the letter, so he looks to Pepper Potts for answers and asks what's going on. She says, "he's gone tony." Tony starts to tear up and says, "no, he can't be... He can't be gone," as his mind searches for answers to find out what happened to Steve, and why he can't remember that Steve died.
