i scanned the room, looking for the clock.

it was smashed into the wall behind me.

"what the hell?" i asked, looking back at my friends who were all frozen in the depths of time.

"winifred." a voice growled from the depths of silence.

i spun around, scanning my surroundings.

"so much potential, wasted." it growled.

"stop it, what do you want from me?" i yelled.

"to show you the truth."

"what truth?" i questioned.

"tick tock winnie."

"tick tock."

suddenly i was back infront of my friends.

"her body...just like, lifted up into the air. she just hung there, in the air. and her bones and eyes they just- hmm." he stopped himself, mentally gagging.

"her bones just started to snap. And her eyes man, it was like there was something inside her head, pulling."

"i didn't know what to do, so...i ran away."

"i left her there."

he looked up at us.

"god you all think i'm crazy, right?"

"no, eddie we don't. this shit follows us everywhere we go. crazy, supernatural shit." i said, deciding to not bring up the clock.

"don't bullshit me winnie! i know how this sounds." his voice cracked.

he was hurting, holding back tears.

i flinched at his sudden yelling, trying to keep a calm look.

"we're not bullshitting you." max spoke up.

"we believe you." robin added.

eddie sighed.

then dustin started explaining the upside down.

something in the back of my head told me something was wrong.

"something's not right." i blurted out before i could think.

the others hadn't heard me and were talking to eddie.

"what?" steve turned to me.

"something's wrong, something's very wrong." i said, a shiver running up my spine.

"nothing's wrong, we're completely on our own out here." he said, watching me turn around in circles.

"nancy." i said, something in my mind clicking.

i ran to my car, hearing the others yell after me.

i dug through my trunk, finding my spare walkie-talkie.

"holly, holly can you hear me?" i called, praying she would hear mike's walkie from her room.
