My body hurt but I didn't stop. I couldn't go back. Not after that! My mind flashed to the masks, destroyed, bloody-

I fell to the ground. I couldn't run anymore. I was gasping for air. My thoughts were to loud. I curled into a ball and grabbed onto my arms. I held on as hard as I could and felt something, pain? My arms were wet. My face was wet. I wanted it to be over. I didn't want to feel like this anymore. I started gasping harder. I needed to breath. I couldn't breath!

Make it stop!

I felt something land on my shoulder.

It was a threat. Everything was a threat.

"Don't fucking touch me!" I screamed and recoiled.

It was gone now.

I grabbed my hair and started banging my head against whatever was behind me. I couldn't handle it.

I felt something grab me, keeping me from banging my head against it anymore.

I started to struggle. It was another threat. I needed it to let me go.

"Let me go! Let me go! Let me go!" I screamed while struggling.

They didn't let go. "Hunter please calm down. I'm not going to hurt you."

They said it in a soft voice, like saying it any louder would cause me to struggle more.

They would be right.

I slowly looked up to see a familiar face keeping me under control.

"D-Darius?" I asked. I was still gasping for air as I looked at him.

"Yes little prince. I promise not to hurt you, your safe with me."

I grabbed onto him and sobbed into his shirt. I felt him pick me up bridal style as he gently moved his hands through my hair. I clung onto him, not wanting to let go.

Eventually I fell asleep as he carried my through the forest.
