Chapter 88

"Hey!" He laughs hugging me back

"Oh my gosh I thought I would never see you again!" I say with a big smile

"Well... I'm here" he points at himself

I look at Delaney who looks quite pissed that I didn't hug her first.

I lunge myself towards her and nearly tackle her to the ground

"Don't be pissed I missed you too" I laugh

After everyone hugged each other we all sit around them to talk and for them to answer some questions.

Miles is the first one to talk

"Why are you guys here?" He asks a bit rudely "not to be rude. Hold on let me rephrase; why are you guys not in New York?"

"Because we wanted to see you guys" said Delaney

"Why are you here together" asks hazel

"We met in New York. Well we had met in hazels party but we really got to know each other in New York. And we've been together ever since" says Delaney

Delaney has been answering the questions, Max has been too busy looking at me.

"As in dating together?" Asks Miles

"Yes Miles, as in dating together" Says Delaney

She seems a bit pissed with Miles as well

"When did you guys get together?" Asks Miles

"About a month ago" says Delaney

Miles raises his eyebrows

"That's a little quick. Almost rebound quick" he smirks looking at Max

"What about you huh?" Says Delaney

"How long have you been with Naomi?"

They're both obviously mad with each other but Miles seems more calm about it

"We're not together"

"Oh so that make out party didn't mean anything?"

"Oh it meant something" he winks at me

This guy is so passive aggressive it's hilarious. I'm currently trying to hide my laugh. He's pushing Delaney's buttons.

Miles waves his hand over Max's face

"Max? Earth to Max. Stop zoning out while staring at Naomi's beautiful face. It's a bit creepy"

"You jealous little bastard" I giggle quietly so only he will hear

"I don't think she looks creeped out" smiles Max still looking at me

I'm probably blushing right now

"Soo" says Adam breaking the tension "how about we go somewhere as a big happy family to celebrate Max and Delaneys sudden arrival?"

"Yay" says Hazel "lets go eat!"

Everyone gets ready to go out. Miles has been a bit clingy. He's always around me. Like ALWAYS. It's because Max is here.

We go in 3 different cars. I go in Louise's car. Louise is driving, Delaney is in the passengers seat and Max and Miles are both next to me. Dear lord why am I in between them.

Miles seems uneasy but Max seems calm as always. I guess he hasn't changed a bit.

Max is having a conversation with Louise about New York and how great it is. Miles is on his phone occasionally rolling his eyes whenever Max opens his mouth. Seriously ANYTHING that Max says seems to piss Miles off.

Example from earlier:

Max: I've always wanted shoes like those. I really like that brand.

Miles: Why? So you can put them on and stomp over some other girls' heart that loves you eventually breaking it and then going back to your underground layer to plan your other evil plans while devouring bird fetuses?

Max: Or to walk...

It's kind of hilarious. Miles is acting like a little kid.

After about 30 minutes of Miles and Max arguing and me trying to get them to shut up, Louise finally speaks up

"Stop the threesome! Were here!"

"Finally" I sigh
