episode 27 - periods

Arjun's pov
I need to give her an IV . But I am damn sure I can't do it in our room . So I asked her to follow me to my study. But she stood there like I am talking to someone else. So I shouted a lil . But then I was worried about her dizziness. So I asked can she walk . I thought she would say no . As I can clearly see how weak she is . But she started walking without answering. I followed the trembling girl. I walked near her because she might faint in any moment. But Fortunately we both reached my study . " Hop on the bed and lay down " . I said in a normal tone.  I never liked shouting or scolding her . But this girl knows how to make me loose my calm . Look how she is still standing with the trembling body even after I asked her to lay ."  Lay down Aara before I loose my patience . " I made it louder this time. Which made her obey immediately. Ok if this the way she wants me to talk with her let it be. After that I went to my cupboard and started preparing the things I needed to treat her . It's a hard task to treat Aara without help. But today there is no one is here to help me with her . I know definitely this girl is going to eat my brain today . After preparing things I arranged them on a tray and went near her . She was laying on her back and staring the ceiling while pouting . I almost laughed at her cuteness but control arjun. Be strict with her . I know you all are asking why can't I be lil sweet to her than behaving like a cold monster. Cold monster she mostly address me like that . But for your knowledge if I give a lil space , this monkey won't take even a sec to dance on head . Leave it for now coming to the present . She still didn't notice I was here. I don't know what is there interesting in the ceiling that she staring it without even blinking . Is this brat planning something . My brain warned.  But then it's a great relief that she somewhat distracted and not continuing her cryings . Without asking anything to her I slowly took her left hand . Which made her  look towards me and she immediately removed her hand from my hold. " Aara... " I called her name louder . " I don't want a cannula " she said in a definitely no tone hiding her hands. I really wanted to laugh at her stupid confidence. Even after causing this much troubles she is having the audibility to order me . I already decided not to shout on her now. I know she is going to cry in a few minutes because of the treatment and it will make her dehydrated but there's no other ways ,  If I  shout now she will definitely start crying now . I don't want to make things more worse than it should be . So I kept calm and said to the girl who is pouting in anger " Aara Do you know I have a few restraints here. Do you want me to use them . I don't have any objections in using them so It's ur choice if you need them or not. " I asked her calmly she looked at me confused. I got that she didn't understand. " It will help me in treating u by making you still in a position " I explained. It took a few minutes for her to understand me . " Are u going to tie me " she asked about to cry which really hurt me . That's why I purposely avoided the words tie , holding when I explained her.  I noded and " but it's totally up to you " I added. There was an awkward silence for some time. I thought she understood so I took her hand again but she again pulled it away from my hold and hid it. Which made me sigh in annoyance. " I have already explained things. How it is going to work. Give me ur hands. " I said but got no reply . " Aara I'm saying u this again. Don't test my patience. It won't be good for both of us . " I warned her but she no where seems to give her hand . I looked at her for some minutes and went to the cupboard and got the restraints . I went near her and asked " Listen aara I never wanted to do this to u that's why I am asking again Do you really want me to use this. " She was silent. I slowly tried to take her hand.. key word tried . She kept hiding it more. That's it. I took two restraint went near her legs. I tied her legs one by one with the sides of the bed ( it's not a normal bed it's a hospital bed ) . It was really hard as she kept thrashing and kicking . So I needed to use my legs to hold her while tieing her legs . After done with her legs I went to right arm and tied it with the bed . She was shouting and hitting me with her free hand for the whole time. When I took her left arm. She started panicking. Her shouting turned into screaming and sobbings . Even I felt really bad seeing her in helpless state. But what can we do she is the one who call it . After tieing it I took a stool and sat by the bed . I took her left hand . " I'm not a kid . U can't treat me like one . U can't do things to me  as u wish . U need my permission to treat me . " She shouted. I laughed which made her more angry. " If you don't want me to treat u like a kid . U shouldn't behave like one .  ( I said cleaning the dorsum. She was fully engrossed in the fight ) . And for ur information we don't take paitent's permission to treat them . Guardian's permission is more than enough. As Iam ur guardian and ur doctor. I can " saying this I slowly inserted the needle which made her scream . But without considering that I continued my work. After securing that with a plaster. I looked at aara who is still crying. I sighed and freed her and made her sit . I hold her head into my chest and hugged her . I was continuesly rubbing her back to calm down she was crying without break . Still I didn't speak anything as I need to give her some medicine and food after this. If I show my soft side to her . She won't definitely obey me
