Chapter Thirty One: Dimples

Life is always the same, I don't mind it being the same, a change will come pretty soon anyway.

At isa na do'n ang paglipat ko ng agency, I'm officially signing to Cardoza Angels after my last shoot today.

That means I have to see Silas' stupid face for the last time, I am both scared and excited at the same time.

Alam ko na mang-aasar nanaman siya pero aasarin niya akong buong araw sa trabaho para regalo niya sa'kin.

One last gift daw, timang.

Swerte siya at ang binigyan ako ng trabaho na kasama siya, bakit 'di na lang si Ryland ulet o yung isa sa mga bagong model sa agency, yung Darren Marquinez o Ivan Madrigal?

It doesn't matter, a job is still a job.

Today is my last shoot with the GOOD Agency, might as well enjoy it kahit na mang-aasar pa si Silas sa'kin, subukan niya lang at aasarin ko siya pabalik, mananakit din ako today kasi 'di ko na siya boss pagkatapos ng trabaho ko, 'di ba?

Gumising ako ng maaga at naligo bago ako kumain ng prutas at carrots din, this would be my breakfast since gutom ako pero may shoot ako, hopefully, the fruits can help me stop the bloating on my face.

I went to the bathroom one last time bago ako nakaalis sa apartment ko.

I'm a bit excited, I don't know kung bakit pero parang may magandang mangyayari pagkatapos kong lumipat ng agency, maybe a new chapter of my life?

Nagkaayos na kami ni Alexander, we talked and ate and our conversation ended well. It's kind of closure of everything that happened at okay na 'ko doon.

I didn't see him outside, baka maaga rin siyang nakaalis papunta sa trabaho niya, grabe rin ang trabaho ng mga CEO, I'm not sure kung CEO na nga ba siya pero alam ko na siya ang tagapagmana ng pamilya niya, it's a lot of pressure too.

Bumaba ako sa coffee shop dito sa loob ng building, they also have a coffee shop here hindi lang talaga ako mahilig na pumunta dito at bumili ng kape, but the coffee is great here.

"Katerina?" tumalikod ako para harapin yung nagbanggit ng pangalan ko sa likod.

"So it is you, good morning~" bati niya na may kasama pang malawak na ngiti sa labi niya.

It's Alexander, he looks less formal today, black shirt that fits well with his toned upper body and some Levi jeans at Air Jordans din.

Maybe he doesn't have work today? Maybe that's it, right? At ang kinaiinisan ko ay ang gwapo pa rin niya kahit walang makeup at kakagising lang niya.

"Good morning din, aga mo ha? May trabaho ka ba?" tanong ko na may kasama na ring ngiti sa labi ko.

"Not that much today, it's a pretty chill day, wala na ring masyadong mga meeting which I'm grateful for..."

"You should be grateful for that, pahinga ka rin kapag may time, Alex." I said, patting his back.

Alexander doesn't know this but sometimes he works way too hard that it irritates me, hindi dahil sa alam ko na hindi ko kayang maging tulad niya pagdating sa trabaho o aral pero grabe lang talaga siya, it worries me, kaya pinapagalitan ko siya tungkol diyan noon.

"I will rest, don't worry. Anong oorderin mo dito?"

"You haven't tried this cafe before?"
