The idea of "right person, wrong time" refers to a connection with someone who seems perfect for you, but there are extenuating circumstances pulling you apart, leaving the potential unrealized.

Huh, that sounds familiar. doesn't it?

That sounds a lot like you and Jake Sterling, the boy who left you.

It all started back in freshman year, when you two became classmates and that continued until the rest of your school years.

You thought that finally, you found the right person to be with.

But what you didn't know is that Jake didn't feel the same way to you or he just doesn't realize it yet.

But you had visibly noticed that His attention was on daisy. Every time you guys were in a conversation, Daisy would interrupt it. Jake's attention would quickly turn his attention to her, completely forgetting about your existence.

You also noticed the way he talks to Daisy. He would Stutter every word, make weird noises and would be red headed on the cheeks. You were jealous of the fact that Jake only admired her existence and not yours.

Then one day, everything changed.

You were peacefully grabbing your school bag from your locker, once you closed it. You heard footsteps coming from behind you.

You turned around and was greeted by Daisy.

"AH! Daisy- You gave me a heart attack!" You exclaimed, putting a hand on your heart.

"Oh, Hehe...Sorry, I just- Well, I have something to tell you..." Daisy said, you raised a brow but then noticed that Daisy was holding a letter that was addressed to her.

"What's that?"

"Oh! Well, I found this at my locker. I was confused but then I realized it was from Jake." Daisy said, This made your heart drop.

What if you were right?

What If Jake actually liked Daisy like you theorised before?

No It can't be!

Daisy notices your frown and sighs before continuing.

"I read a bit of the letter and realized that he wanted to meet me behind the school and well, I honestly thought this was for you...since, you two are so close and at some point, I thought Jake had a thing for you." Daisy lended the letter to you.

You looked at it then back at Daisy, you were tempted to read it but At the same time, what if isn't for you?

You huffed before pushing the letter back and fighting the urge to read it.

"no! You keep it, It's probably for you.."

Your frown stayed the same, Daisy looked guilty but didn't walk away. You were about to walk away and go home but was stopped by Daisy grabbing your arm.

"How about I read it for you?" Daisy asked. You widened your eyes and turned to her.

"You have to at least have hope, maybe it is for you! It doesn't say its addressed to me." Daisy smiled but you frowned.

"It's not addressed to me either."

"I know but What if it is for you?! Just think of it!" Daisy urged, You bit your lip thinking about it before sighing and nodding to her.
