"Oh my god, does his wife know?"

"I don't know, I only heard that her, Hailey and her children just got back from their trip."

Y/N Hamilton got confused as multiple gossiped and stared at her intensely. She turned to her sister, Hailey Church but she had the same reaction.

"What is going on?"

"Y/N!"

She heard someone shout behind her, there came running Millicent Schuyler her younger sister. she was holding a piece of paper with her.

"You need to see this..."

A FEW MOMENTS LATER

Y/N Hamilton, The heart broken wife of Jake Hamilton opened the door to her house. Her husband, Jake jumps in surprise and widened eyes. Along with Hailey and her children behind her.

"How could you?!" Y/N cried as she ran upstairs before Jake could even explain himself. Hailey looks at Y/N before at Jake with a glare then she turns to Y/N's children.

"Go to your mother, I need to talk to him in private." Hailey whispered to Philip and Hailey Jr as they both ran upstairs to follow their mother. Hailey then turns to him and glared at Jake who gulped in fear.

"Have you completely forgot that you have a wife that was loyal to you and was extremely in love with you?! She didn't stop thinking about you during our vacation, She was so excited to see you again and you come back with this?!" Hailey hold the piece of paper which was a newspaper saying about Jake's scandalous affair with Mrs. Lia Reynolds.

"Not to mention, That woman was married and needed the money. Have you completely forgot that you're a lawyer?! You could've just divorced her with her husband and gave her the money she needed for her child! Did you even think how Your wife would feel to hear that you were with that wrench Lia Reynolds?!"

Jake was quiet before speaking "I-"

"NO NO! you are not gonna talk, you have NO excuse to what you just did to my poor sister who loved you. I gave you up for her and this is what you do to her!? Pft, I can't believe you..." Hailey scoffed in disappointment as she got closer to him.

"I know my sister like I know my own mind! You will never find anyone as trusting or as kind, I love my sister more than anything in this life! I will choose her happiness over mine every time...Put what we had aside, I'm standing at her side...You could never be satisfied, God, I hope you're satisfied!!"

Hailey yelled the last few words before walking away from him as she stomped her heels up the stairs to Jake and Y/N's shared bedroom.

Jake had tears streaming down his cheeks as he broke down in his knees and cried.
