Chapter 53: A Temporary Truce

Celica used her healing Magic on her mutant guardian after his battle against his acquaintance-turned-enemy, Hakumen
Dogpound: Thank you Celica.
Dogpound heard sword slashes outside, he was about to head out when Celica stopped him.
"Wait! When you see Ragna in trouble, can you at least help him once?" Celica asked.
He and Ragna were Frenemies, but he had to accept Celica's offer.
"...Alright I'll do it just this once," Dogpound said.
"I have to go Celica, stay safe," Dogpound said as he cupped Celica's cheek before he left.
Celica: Ok, be careful!
Minerva: ...
Celica: Yeah I'm fine Minerva, we should probably head out too.

Dogpound was wandering outside to where the sword slashes came from
He looked over and saw Hakumen slaughtering every single Foot bot that stood in his way, which just made Dogpound furious.
Hakumen takes out one of the swords from the destroyed foot bots and throws it at the wall where Dogpound was hiding.
Dogpound dodges it in time before Hakumen left.
Dogpound's mind: I swear I'll get you one-day Hakumen. Just you wait.
Soon heard the sounds of a motorbike. and it was coming towards him.
Meanwhile, Ragna drove his Blood Runner out in the streets.
He then saw someone out in the middle of the road, it was his frenemy.
Ragna: What the hell?
Ragna slammed down on the breaks stopping his Blood Runner.
Dogpound: Ragna the Bloodedge.
"Oh, fancy meeting you here, Azrael Rip-off," Ragna said as he took off his helmet
Dogpound: I said don't call me that! As you can see I'm not in a good mood.
Ragna: Let me guess, Hakumen's giving you a hard time?
Dogpound: Of course, he is, he's been going around cutting down any foot ninja that stands in his way.
Ragna: If you want I can help you take him down.
Dogpound: No I'll handle him myself.
Ragna: Yeah, you would get your ass kicked by him.
Dogpound: Is that an insult?
Ragna: Hey I'm just saying.
However their conversation was interrupted when an Ice Blade was fired at Ragna,
Dogpound: What was that?
Ragna: You might wanna stand back.
Jin came out from the shadows with a grin on his face.
"I found you brother!" Jin said in a creepy voice.
Ragna: God damnit Jin, Don't you have better things to do?!
"Why would I do that when we can finally kill each other again?" Jin asked as he points Yukianesa at his brother.
Dogpound: Who's that?
Ragna: That's Jin, He and I have a history.
"And you brought a pet. Does it play fetch?" Jin asked as he creates an ice blade.
Ragna pushed his frenemy out of the way and thought of something.
Ragna: Hey, What do you say we call this a temporary truce?
Dogpound: What?
Ragna: If we work together,  just for now, we can beat Jin.
Dogpound: Fine just stay out of my way.
"I don't plan on it," Ragna smirked as he readied Bloodscythe.
Back at the lair Tsubaki slowly opened her eyes from being unconscious. When she woke up she was in a kimono.

Splinter: Are you feeling better?
Tsubaki: Oh Splinter, Yes I am. But why am I in a Kimono?
Splinter: Your uniform was getting dirty, I thought you could wear something else while it is getting cleaned.
Tsubaki: Thank you.
???: Well look who's finally awake.
Tsubaki looked over and saw Raph and Mikey back from their patrol.
Tsubaki: Raph, Mikey!
"I'm so glad your ok Tsubaki!" Mikey said as he hugged Tsubaki.
???: Tsubaki you're ok!
Tsubaki looked over and saw Leo, Makoto, and Noel
Tsubaki: Noel, Leo, Makoto!
Leo: How are you feeling Tsubaki?
Tsubaki: I'm doing better.
Mikey: Where's your uniform?
Tsubaki: my uniform is getting washed so I'm wearing this kimono until it's finished
Makoto: I gotta admit. You look great!
Tsubaki: Oh thanks.
Tsubaki then noticed that Donnie wasn't with them.
Tsubaki: Where's Donnie?
Leo: Oh, he and Lambda will be back shortly. I just got a text from them.
Tsubaki: What about Ragna?
Raph: He had some business to do. I wonder how he's doing.
Back on the surface, Jin was exchanging blows with his brother Ragna.

"Aren't you having fun Brother!" Jin asked as he continued attacking his brother.
Ragna does his best to dodge each strike,
Dogpound attempts an attack from behind but Jin looked behind him and blocked the attack.
"This is between me and my brother. Do not interfere!" Jin yelled as he pushed Dogpound back.
Jin turned around and saw Ragna in the air.
Ragna: Belial Edge!
Ragna did a downward dive slash but Jin blocked it with the sheath of Yukianesa.
Jin then pushed Ragna off as Ragna stabbed his sword into the ground to slow down his momentum
Jin then stabs Yukianesa to the ground, creating an ice floor
Soon Jin slid onto the ice and attacked Ragna with a sword strike with a creepy grin on his face.

"Shit!" Ragna cussed before blocking the attack.
"Your struggling Brother..!" Jin said as he backs Ragna into a corner.
Dogpound gets up and saw Ragna struggling against Jin with his back against the wall.
He had no choice but to help him, Dogpound forcefully turns Jin around and lands a blow in Jin's stomach instantly knocking him out.
Ragna: I owe you one.
Dogpound: Just because we helped each other doesn't make us friends.
Ragna: Listen Azrael Rip-off. We've been frenemies ever since I arrived in this world.
Ragna grabs Jin's body and places him over his shoulder before he starts up his Blood Runner.
Dogpound: What do you think you're doing?
Ragna: What does it look like jackass? I'm bringing Jin back with me.
Dogpound: And where are you taking him?
Ragna: None of your damn business.
Ragna places Jin behind him as he puts his helmet on,
Ragna: Oh one more thing. It's about Celica.
Dogpound: What is it?
Ragna: Here's some advice, just keep an eye on her while your traveling with her. She tends too... wander off sometimes.
Dogpound: I'll... make sure of it.
Ragna starts up his engine and drove off.
