"CELESTE! Where's my IPad?!"

Instead of looking at my classmate, Rainier, I kept an eye on Acar's family driver. Acar... as in Dwein Acar and Finn Acar.

Mr. Ilustre, the driver, was leaning against the car while talking to someone on the phone. He's waiting for me. It's four in the afternoon, and I was sitting on the bench outside the building of our university. I was waiting for the perfect time to get out of the gate without him seeing me. But it was kind of impossible because he's looking at it. I was eyeing him, and he was eyeing the gate!

"Where did you hide my iPad?!" Rainier was standing in front of me, frowning.

"I didn't hide your iPad. Now, move aside."

"Celeste!" But Rainier stood again in front of me, covering the driver's figure. "Nasaan na kasi?! Ibalik mo na!"

Natawa ako nang makitang paiyak na siya.

"Wala sa akin! It's with Ashley."

"It's none of your business, Rainier! Now, get out! Baka iuwi pa ni Ash 'yong iPad mo." When I said the last line, he immediately bolted away. I just laughed at him and shook my head.

When he left, I looked at Mr. Ilustre again. I immediately stood up, holding my bag. My eyes were just on him while walking towards the gate.

Don't worry, Mr. Ilustre, I'll send you to a more relaxed and peaceful place. A beach, maybe?

I stopped near the gate and hid behind a huge post, still watching him. As soon as he leaned again against the car, his movements stopped. His lips were parted and his eyes stared at the school fence in front of him. Natulala siya at nawalan ng kibo.

I smirked by myself. I put him under my illusion, an illusion of a white-sand beach. He'll enjoy himself there, for sure. He'll forget for a moment about the real world.

I just need few minutes of fun and maybe drink a little. I was going to HIB, it's been two days since my last visit there. This day felt tiring and exhausting, even yesterday I did feel that.
