I really do care about him and he makes me the happiest person in the world. I'd say I love him but I feel like I love him as my best friend and I'm slowly starting to actually fall in love with him. I really like him as my boyfriend though.

A lot (to the moon and back); depending on the context. I love him as my best friend but I'm sure I don't love him as in a relationship just yet.
