I set my phone down nervously. I didn't know how I was going to tell him. He was going to hate me. He was never going to talk to me again. He was going to avoid me. I was going to cry. I could feel my anxiety and my nerves starting to get the best of me. I hated it.

I hadn't told Michael that I couldn't find a ride. This probably would've been the only time we would've been able to meet. I was going to cry. I had known for about a few weeks now and I had been avoiding it. I didn't want him to think that I didn't want to meet him and that I was just pushing it off.

I hit a button on my phone and Heartbreak Girl started playing. I felt tears slowly stream down my face. I had to find a way to tell him. We had been planning this for months. I was going to end up letting my best friend down.
