Let's start with the story.

It's been one month teju working with karan.
Today is the salary day and teju was very excited.
She was sleeping when her mom came to wake her up.
Teju got up with a smile.
Tm: good morning baby.
Teju hugs her mom and says good morning happily.
Tm: what happened, u r so happy today.
Teju: mom, today would be my first salary from this job.
Tm; wow that's grt. When u will come home today I will make ur special dinner.
Teju: yeahhh. Thanks mom..
She got up and went to get ready.

After getting ready she went to her favorite ganesh idol and thanked them for everything.

Mom gave her breakfast and her tiffin.
She ate and went to office.

As soon as she enters office she greeted everyone and went to her desk.

Karan also come after 10 mins and straight away goes to his cabin.
Teju prepared his schedule and then went to inform him..
She happily wish him good morning.
He also replied.
Karan looked at her face and could see shine in her eyes.
Karan: so miss verma anything special.
Teju: no nothing special sir.
Karan: u looking very happy and energetic today.
Teju; wo today I would get my first salary here so I had few surprised planned for my family. That's why.
Karan smiled at her gesture..
Teju explain his schedule and then she went away.

She inform the peon to give coffee to Karan and started her work.
Her phone beep with a text message and it was her salary credited. Seeing the amount she was very 😃😃😃😃

She thanked her bappa.

After her work was done her friend came to her desk, her name was nitya.
Nitya: so babe, how r u feeling. First salary..
Teju: amazing.
Nitya: we have a lunch break and today work is also less. Can we go out for shopping. Actually I wanted to take something for my mom and dad..
Teju thought for a while and agreed as she also wanted to buy gifts.

But she was not sure if they can come in time so she ask nitya to wait.
Teju went in Karan cabin.
Karan: yes miss verma.
Teju: wo sir can I go out for some time in lunch break. I might get late.
Karan; ok no problem.

Teju and nitya went.
Teju bought a beautiful saree for her mom. Nitya also. And shirt for her dad and bro.
She also got a watch for her bro as he wanted it from long time.
After finishing they came back to office.

Teju did her work and went to Karan cabin to give him thr files to sign.

Karan took the file and read it. Suggested few changes and ask her to come again.
Before going teju looked at Karan.
Karan: anything else.
Teju: sir, wo actually today I got my salary so I bought gifts for everyone. And here is a small gift for u as well.

She gave the pen to Karan and karan just looked at her with amazed.
Karan: thanks but it was not needed.
Teju: sir its just a small gesture from my side to say thank you to u.
In this one month I have learned so many new things from you and it has helped me a lot.

Karan: thanks miss verma. U r a fast learner.

Teju thanked him and went out.
Karan was just looking at pen.
Karan pov; I have so many employees working under me but no body thought like this. She is different.

They had a meeting in evening at an hotel. So karan ask teju to join.
Teju prepared the file and both left for the meeting.
( i will not go in detail of the meeting) .

They finish the meeting and sign the deal. Karan use the same pen which teju gifted him and teju felt nice seeing it.

They left from the hotel to go to office again..
It was tejran only in the car.
While driving back Karan got a call from home. He stops the car.
He picked up the call and when he heard the message he was very tensed.

Karan cut the call and was blank for a minute.
Teju: sir, r u ok?
Karan didn't listen so teju again asked.
Sir, r u ok, is everything fine?
Karan : ohh haa. Wo..
He was fumbling..
Teju gave him water and he calmed a bit..
Karan: i have a emergency at home so is it ok if we go to my home for some time i will drop u back office in some timw..
Teju nodded in yes and karan started driving towards home.

Now think what could be the reason.
