I know u guys wants tejran love parts but love story ke liye base to bannana padega na. Don't worry u would get love anger, confession, romance, bonding everything in this story.

English is not my main language so pls ignore the errors.

Let's start with the story.

They sleep cuddling each other.
Next morning teju woke up first and gets ready as she had to check on the preparation for his surprise.

Karan was sleeping peacefully.
Teju goes near him and kiss on his cheeks.

She doesn't want to break his sleep so just send him a message.

Teju message to Karan:
Hey love good morning and wish u a very happy anniversary.
I have a surprise for u.. So please be ready and driver will take u to the place. I won't tell u where and wht surprise.
Just wait.

Teju had informed km and chachi that they would be out in the afternoon and will be back by evening to celebrate their anniversary with family 

Karan woke up and see teju is not beside him. He felt sad. But then remember that she had informed in night about some work.
He lazily gets up and see his mobile .
There he saw teju message and smile came on his face.
He gets up and went to have a bath. After which he found a dress kept in the closet ready for him. With matching tie, shoes, watch, and an gift box.

He first get dressed, set his hairs and then once satisfied he takes the gift box .
He opened it and found a customized cufflinks .

A broad smile came on his face and he immediately wore those cufflinks.
After getting ready he came out and all wish him.
Karan: thank u everyone.
Omi: bhai jaldi karo, driver is waiting for u.
Karan smiles and then kiss on sia cheeks saying her bye and went to the car. .
As soon as he open the car he saw flowers kept for him.
He picks it and there was a note written.

Note: happy anniversary to the best husband. Come soon.

Karan looks at the driver and he smile.
Karan was feeling very happy to get so much love from her and was very excited for the surprise.

Soon the drive ended and he came out of the car.
Looks at the building , he was at the penthouse.

He ran towards teh lift and soon reach his floor.
He enter the passcode and door was open.
It was all decorated with red roses, ballons and a there was a chit on the floor.
He open the chit and it was written: come straight to the bedroom..
Smile was not leaving his face and he went to the bedroom.

There were balloons all over the bed.
He looks around but didn't find anyone there  .
Karan: teju, baby where r u?
But he didn't get any reply. He went close to the bed and saw there was heart shaped made of the ballons and it was written to burst them.
He slowly took the pink and started bursting it and found few small chits in it.
He took all and it had alphabet in it. Just like a puzzle.
He start arranging it and was shocked to read it when finally made.

There was also one box kept on the bed which was gift wrapped.

He took it and opened it which had.

Tears start rolling his eyes and he just couldn't wait to see teju..
When he got up two hands wrapped him from behind and he understood that this was her. He quickly pulls her in front and she saw tears in his eyes.
Teju: kya hua didn't u like the surprise?
Karan couldn't speak anything and just hugged her.
This made her relax. She rubs her hand on his back and then after sometimes they part from the hug.

Karan: is this true, we r going to parents again.
Teju also had tears in eyes.
She nods her head in yes.

They both hug each other.
After few minutes karan breaks the hug and pick her up and twirl.
She is laughing seeing him smile.

Karan: this is the best gift I have got.
Thank u so much.
Teju: thank u to u also. It's our joint effort.
Karan smiles and then sit on the bed with her on his lap.
Karan: I am so happy. When did u came to know.
Did u check with the doc. R u feeling any discomfort.

Teju: ruko ruko. I will tell u everything.
I got to know about this last week. But I thought to give a surprise on our anniversary.
I m sorry I should have told u earlier but I wanted to surprise u and see ur happiness..
Also I just have morning sickness. That's it. And i have still not visited to the doctor as I want u with me for this. This is my first time and I m very nervous.

Karan kiss on her forehead and then said we will go tomorrow.
I will take the appointment.
When to tell our family?
Teju: can we tell them in the evening?
I think maa and chachi have a doubt.. But not sure.

Karan: ok my love we will tell everyone in evening. And tomorrow we will go to doctor. Don't be nervous. We both r together. I won't leave u for a minute now 
Also promise me that u will take care of both of u. And u will tell me if u feel any pain or anything bothers u. Ok?

Teju said promise.

Karan kept his palm on her tummy.

Karan: baby, papa loves u and ur mom a lot. Pls don't trouble her.
We r waiting for u,. Come soon.
