In the real world, Eren's massive Founding titan kept moving forward, leading the army of Wall Titans.

Eren's Founding Titan's massive head goes through the clouds as he kept moving forward.

"I wonder where it all started." Eren said to himself and a memory of little him waking up from his nightmare before a little Mikasa came to his mind. "Back there?" The vision of some pigs in a fenced area came to his mind. "No..." A memory of baby him staring at Grisha came to his mind. "The place doesn't matter at all." The events of the last 4 years flashed in his mind. "It was all what I wanted. Everything is still ahead."

Eren teleported himself to the Paths and stood before the Coordinates with a straight face. "This is freedom. Isn't it?" His expression changed to a saddened expression. "Or is it...?" He looked down. "No matter how much I try to convince myself, I can never justify mass genocide..." He fell to his knees. "But I've gotten no choice but walk in the path Ymir has choosen for me..." He lets out a sigh. "By doing this, I can never achieve freedom that I've already sought for..." He looked up slightly. "I can never be with Mikasa and live a life she always wanted..." He clenched his fist and furrowed his eyebrows. "But for her sake, I've to do it... even if I don't want to..." He looked ahead with a defeated look.

In the real world, the Rumbling arrived at Marley and the Wall titans started crushing people who were running for their lives.

Inside the Founding Titan's head, there was only the head of Eren which was controlling the massive Founding titan.

Slowly, Eren closed his eyes with a sorrowful expression. 'I still want to believe there is a world outside of the Walls out there which we know nothing about...'

In the Paths, Eren kept starring ahead at the Coordinates, standing on his knees, with a sorrowful expression.

Unbeknownst to him, Founder Ymir was standing behind him, starring at him with her usual blank face.

Slowly, Ymir stepped forward and once behind him, she put her hand on Eren's shoulder.

"Ymir..." Eren said with the same sorrowful expression, starring ahead. "You'll be free soon... Just wait for a bit..."

Ymir took her hand back, turned around and slowly walked away.

After she was gone, Eren's eyes glowed a bit and he blinked in surprise. "Huh?" He looked down at his hands as he felt a different power within himself. 'What is this...?'

When he utilities the new power, he saw the tree of the Multiverse in which, each of the branches holding an universe.

'Multiverse...? A hypothetical collection of potentially diverse universes?' Eren thought in surprise. 'It's a strange thing to exist...' He looked over his shoulder to see Ymir walking away. 'So, despite dedicating her entire life to the king, Ymir never disclosed about the fact that she can literally travel through the multiverse, to anyone... in 2000 years...' He looked ahead and took a deep breath. 'So, there exists worlds with infinite possibilities..." He let out a sigh. 'So, there exists worlds outside of this universe which we know nothing about...' He closed his eyes. 'I don't want to visit them regardless...'

He took a deep breath and stood up. "It's time I visit Armin and the others for the last time..."
