Chapter 22

I woke up with excitement as it's the day we are celebrating Rhea's birthday even though it's next week. I gently push Rhea off me trying not to wake her up , I get out of bed and start making one of Rhea's favorites for breakfast, which was vegemite and toast and some bacon and eggs. As I'm cooking the eggs I feel arms wrap around me and a kiss on my cheek, I smile " morning" I hear, I turn and face her " morning" I say and place a kiss on her lips and I feel Rhea smile into my kiss. "go and sit down, breakfast is ready" I tell her  she nods and sit on a chair at the dining table.We eat our food and then chill for a bit then I have to get ready for work.

I settle down at my desk and my work phone rings " hello?" I answer" hey luce it's Stephanie, how are you?" I hear coming from the phone. " hey Steph, I'm good thanks you" I say kind of surprised on why she's calling me    " I'm okay, listen the reason why I called you is because I have an idea to run passed you" she explains " right, what's the idea?" I question " well I was thinking that you do a instagram live Q and A with Rhea?" she asked " I mean I can ask her, I know she has gone to the gym and pc and I know she's got work to do with Edge and Fin" I inform Steph " okay, if not maybe Alexa" she says giving me a second option " yeah I'll ask her if Rhea can't" I tell her " okay thanks bye" with that the line goes dead. I text Rhea if she's available for the live and if so what time. Rhea replies a bit later saying she has a gap from 2pm to 4pm so she can do it then. I post on the WWE instagram story of a ' ask the nightmare questions'  with a question box and the time of our live. 

 I'm now on live talking to some people from the WWE universe, " now I'm going to invite Rhea, the whole point everyone is here" I laugh. I press the request button and invite Rhea to join our live. Seconds later Rhea joins and I see Rhea smiling on my computer screen " hey Rhea how are you?" I smile at her " hey I'm good thank you, I just came back from the gym so feeling pretty pumped" she laughs " good, good. So I have some question for you from the lovely WWE universe, some of them are pretty wild to be honest so I had to leave some out" I laugh " oh wow, I expect nothing less from my  thirsty fans to be honest" Rhea laughs. I read the chat and their all going crazy for Rhea, there are some people saying Liv's name but me and Rhea just ignore it. " I know you're a busy lady so let's get started" I say picking up my phone so I can read the questions. Rhea nods and smiles at me " how did The Judgement day come about?, or how did you join the group?"I smile at her " wow good question " Rhea giggles  " well, I was in the pc and Edge came up to me and he basically said that the group wanted a new addition and that I the perfect fit" she smiles " oh yeah I remember when Edge randomly came up to you, me and Lex are trying to figure out what it was" I laugh " oh, yeah I low-key forgot you was there" she laughs " oh wow, thanks" I act all hurt and Rhea just laughs. " moving on" I laugh " what are doing for your birthday next week" I laugh at this because I know Rhea has no clue, I check the chat again and it's just filled with Liv's name, I roll my eyes and focus on Rhea " well, I actually don't know " she laughs " all I know is that lucy is taking me out for dinner tonight because this weirdo wants to celebrating a week early because apparently we will need time to prepare for next week" she laughs making me laugh. I can see in the chat that some people are asking me what I have planned " I have something up my sleeve but we will probably just watch a movie, get something to eat and then go home and ermm" I say as my brain freeze's as all I can see is #justiceforliv in the chat, I look up at Rhea completely forgetting what I was saying and Rhea's smiling wiggling her eyebrows, I read the chat and now it's asking what we are doing when we get home, " oh, no guys come on" I laugh realizing what it sounds like and Rhea's just laughing at me " you idiot" Rhea laughs " your meant to help me" I chuckle " aye, this is your job not mine" she laughs again. My phone buzzes and it's a text steph " I think you need to address this liv situation the chats out of hand"  I text Rhea asking if she got the same text and she replies saying yeah and she has to be the one who will do it. I look at Rhea through the screen and I nod at her to indicate that she should do it now. " guy's I just want to take a moment of your time to clear something up" she says "  as  you guys know a I'm a person that keeps their personal life private, so I'm not the one to do this but this whole situation with Liv needs to be get go, I have nothing up respect for Liv as a wrestler and a person. It's true that me and Liv became more than friends when we tagged teamed but we were never officially dating. Before I met Lucy, I made it very clear that whatever me and Liv was doing at the time was done. I then met Lucy and me and Lucy became close and Liv couldn't handle that and became very jealous, I have told Liv maybe ten times at this point  that we are done and Liv continues to make my life hard. Liv has said some unforgivable things to me and my girlfriend and has also continued to attack my girlfriends family, Liv has spread nothing but lies and I'm at my breaking point. Myself and Lucy have kept what Liv has done to us quite out of respect and just to make it easier for us but she has made this a bigger problem then it has to be. So liv if you see this, I'm done fighting, I'm done with all of the games. Please just leave me and my girlfriend to be happy. I wish you nothing but the best but now please leave us alone" Rhea says and I'm quite shocked, I give her a smile. " well said" I say " moving on, this is the final question. What is next for Rhea Ripley" I ask Rhea takes time to think and then answers " well the Royal Rumble is coming next month so I like to aim for that". " oh really" I ask " yeah will the last time I was in it I came second so it's like I have unfinished business with it" she chuckles " there you go ladies and gentleman mummimania is on the horizon" I laugh making Rhea laugh as well. " be ready by 7" I wink at her " will do" she smiles. We end the live and I get on with some work. 

 I'm driving to Rhea's from Alexa's house as I went there to get ready after work, After a short drive I text Rhea to tell her I'm outside. I see her walking towards the car and we make eye contact and she smiles at me, I return her smile and I feel my heart brust, I never thought I could love someone as much as I love her. Rhea gets into the car " hey" she says planting a small kiss on my lips " hey" I smile at her and start to drive. 

We arrive at the restaurant and walk in " hey I have a reservation under Rotunda" I say to the waitress. She nods and checks her Ipad. " please follow me" she smiles and guides us to a table. We sit down and she hands us two menus, one for drinks and one for food. We ordered our drinks and food and fall into conversation. Our food arrived and it was amazing, probably the best food I have tasted. " so I have something for you" I say, Rhea tilt's her head slightly " babe you have done enough" she says softly. I pull the bag up and hand it to her, Rhea opens it and pulls out a small black box. With a confused look " what's this" she kind of sounds worried which makes me laugh  " I know what your think, don't worry it's not what you're thinking" I chuckle and I see her relax a little. Rhea opens the little black box and inside it there was a promise ring, it's all black with a red heart diamond on it, engraved in the band it says I love you with the dated me and Rhea got together. " Luce, this is so beautiful" she looks at me her huge dark blue eyes that seem to be watery. Rhea puts it on her right ring finger " it fits perfectly" she smiles " I'm glad" I smile at her " thank you" she says. " it's a promise from me to you, that I will love you and care for you and be here for you always and one day it will be the ring you was thinking of, I love you so much Rhea" I say " I love you too" she smiles at me.

We arrive back to Rhea's and we're chilling on her sofa " thank you for everything, the Aussie foods, the meal and the ring. It' truly been one of my favorites birthday's" she smiles at me " you're welcome,  Rhea" I let out a small chuckle. We are now I'm the bedroom and I come out of the ensuite and Rhea is sitting on the edge of the bed, " are you ready for bed?" I ask she looks up at me as I stand in-between her legs " yeah in a bit, Edge wants me to do some promo in the morning before RAW starts" she says " okay, I'll be back" I say. I turn and leave the room and go into the guest room and find what I am looking for, I come back into the room with an envelope in hand " sooo, I may have gotten you something else" I smile sweetly at her " for fuck sake, lucy" she chuckles " now, this is your main gift also this is the gift you/ we need to prepare for" I explain " okaayyy" she says confusedly. I hand her the envelope and she opens it. Once she realizes what it is she snaps her head up with watery eyes  " babe, this, this is too much I can't accept this" she says softly " sure you can, I'm obviously coming with you" I laugh " I wouldn't take anyone else" she smiles at me " but Lucy, there's two plane tickets to Australia I know how expensive they are an,.." I cut her off by kissing her. I brake away from the kiss " don't worry about that Calista got me a crazy deal" I explain " your connects in Oz helping you again" RHea laughs " they did" I chuckle " look don't worry about anything okay, there was going to be a time where we would fly over to see your family and we agreed that your birthday would be the best time" I explain " how long have you guys planned this?" she questions " a while" I laugh" look I know how much you have been missing home, Calista sent me the deal and I took advantage" I told. Rhea stands up in front of me " I love you, you know that right?" she chuckles " of course" I say planting a kiss on the tip of her nose. " so I was thinking" she says pulling me closer " you thinking? that's scary" I laugh " well, you said earlier that we would go out to and and ermmm" she says " right?" I say tilting my head a bit " I want to find out what the ermm part it" she says in her low sexy voice that does things to me " I bet you do" I laugh. Before I know it Rhea picks me up and I let out a laughing scream. Rhea lays me down on the bed and hoovers over me and places a kiss on my lips. Of course it got heated and passionate, now we are laying in bed letting sleep take over us.
