"I-is that you, princess?" 

Y/n's wide smile appeared on her face once she saw the familiar fluffy blue hair, the boy burst out in a blush once he realized what he had just said. "w-wait! that name came naturally! I didn't mean it, I-I'm sorry!" the male was studdering over his words as he tried to break eye contact with the beautiful woman but he couldn't seem to take his eyes off of her, he was mainly fixated on the particular way she was dressed today. "Hey, Souya! It's good to see you again, and don't worry about the name, I guess everyone has a specific nickname for me; however, my 'go-to' name is 'princess'. Call me whatever you would like to, hehe" y/n was happy to see Souya, she always got a happy vibe from him even though he looked angry 24/7; however, she's gotten used to it and ends up not noticing it. Souya still couldn't come up with the right words to say, but he ended up coming up with a sentence that makes both of them stunned "...your so beautiful..." he unintentionally reached his hand up to a strand of her bottom hair and ran it through his fingers, all of a sudden, he caught the action he was doing and instantly stepped back "I-Im sorry!-" a voice cut them off "hey Souya, we got some new customers at table 8" both look over to see Nahoya behind the counter 'does he work here?' y/n though before he started to look in her direction "who are you with?...! hey princess! come sit over here!" y/n and Souya walk over to the counter "how are you doing, Puppy?" the nick name caught her off guard 'puppy?' y/n's eyes lit up as she thought of the name "Nahoya! that's such a cute nick name! I love puppys!" the Kawata twins almost had a heart attack at your lovely ourburts, there still not used to see you so cute while excited. "Do the both of you work here?" the Kawata twins both nodded "what can I get for ya?" Nahoya asked and you happily replied saying you wanted (whatever ramen they make) "oohhh, that one was actually Souya's idea to make" y/n looks over at the blue-haired twin who has trying not to make eye contact with her, she felt as if she had done something wrong but ignored the bad feelings. Nahoya began to work on the food since y/n and Souya was right next to the cooing counter it was easy to keep talking to him while he cooked "any problems with school? It's hard to believe a beauty as you would ever hurt a group of bullies" she smiled at herself from the small praise Nahoya was giving her "I guess... one day everyone snaps if they can't any more of something..." the two looked at y/n in concern as she sadly looked at the ground before she had realized what she had said "b-but im glad I finally stood up for myself! it didn't feel too great at first, but now im proud of myself" both the twins sighed in relief "were glad your okay, Souya was actually ready to run to your house and hold you "i just want to cuddle her and do whatever I can to make her feel better~" ain't that right, Souya~" Souya burst into another blush "I-I did not say that!" 'cuddle?' y/n had to hide her face in her hands to keep herself from fangirling over the idea of it, Souya saw her reaction and panicked "I-I promise I didn't mean it to embarrass you! I was just in the moment! I-!" he was cut off by y/n bringing her face back and smiling at him "thanks for thinking of me... I appreciate it" she reached her hands up and did something very similar to what he had done earlier, she placed her hand at the top of his head and started to run her fingers through it "your hair is too soft, Souya. I guess you two have a lot of things in common" Y/n looked over to see Nahoya with a jealous look "I want some too, puppy... but if you reach over here... you'll get burnt..." y/n couldn't help but laugh at the situation "how about we meet up after your guys shop closes?" both twins looked at each other "I guess we couldn't end shift early?" Nahoya said to his younger brother "if we get to hang out with the princess then id do anything" Souya said half asleep from the hair play that was still going on, y/n couldn't help but smile at the accidental words coming from Souya; however, Nahoya seemed a little down "Nahoya? is something wrong?" he looked at y/h and sighed "me and Souya got into a fight the other say with a few members of Souths gang, it wasn't anything serious though. We haven't told anyone but Mikey because he didn't want anyone to worry... but he wanted us to tell you since we were in on the 'Haitani brothers' situation," y/n focus was now on Nahoya and even Souya had fought what his brother was about to say "we should end our shift here, ill ask someone to cover for us; however, here's your food y/n. Let's talk about something else until more people start to leave, is that okay with you guys?" they both agreed and said to talk about animals and what animals they like most. 3:30 turned into 4:15 and most of the consumers started to leave due to the fact that lunchtime was over and they don't normally start dinner menus until 6:00 "now... let's go somewhere else" Nahoya said as he walked away from the kitchen, he was ahead of the two since y/n and Souya had no idea what place the older one had in mind "s-so... how was the ramen?..." y/n could tell Souya was anxious, she smiled at his words and cute act "it was amazing, Souya. thank you for coming up with it, I really enjoyed it"  Souya gleamed at her response "r-really? it was that good?" y/n happily nodded at the blue-haired male. Souya couldn't stop admiring Y/ns beauty, the only word that ever came to mind when he looked at her was "angel..." y/n perked at the sudden words from Souya's mouth, she was taken back from the word in general "what?" Souya stopped in his tracks as did y/n, he grabbed her pinky with his own and looked deep into her eyes which he found so fascinating "that's what I will call you from now on, your so kind, so beautiful, im almost amazed that I don't see a halo or wings from you; however..." Souya used his finger that was attached to y/ns and bring it up to his cheek, y/n almost couldn't breathe once she felt how hot his face was "I can always see that bright light coming from you, there is no saint as majestic as you are" he intertwined his fingers with hers completely before speaking again 

"you're my angel, and I want to protect you from any harm... please, don't ever change the way you are..."
