YOU SWEAT-DROP AS INOSUKE QUAKES IN FEAR BEFORE THE LONG TRAIN AHEAD OF YOU.
"w-wahh! this-this must be the demon! som-someone attack it!" he squeals, hugging your arm tightly.
you smile, about to explain it's just a train but zenitsu cuts you off.
"HAH!? ARE YOU THAT STUPID!? IT'S JUST A TRAIN, YOU IDIOT!" he huffs.
inosuke cries, "A TRAIN!? THAT SOUNDS LIKE A SCARY DEMON! ATTACK IT, ZENITSU!"
"DON'T TELL ME WHAT TO DO!"
nezuko shakes her head, "inosuke, no! we can't attack it! you never know, it might be the guardian spirit of this land" she suggests genuinely, sparkling.
you sigh with a small smile, remembering the time you had genuinely thought the train was some creature, too.
"also, you shouldn't attack all of a sudden, idiot"
zenitsu deadpans, so befuddled his shouting had stopped, "are you kidding me? i told you already, it's a train.. a railway train. a vehicle for transporting people.." he murmurs gruffly, looking at inosuke and nezuko as if they were very stupid.
"you country bumpkin!"
nezuko goes dot-eyed.
"oh. a train? that's what the crow was talking about, right? this is it?"
zenitsu screeches, "YES, YOU IDIOT! I TOLD YOU THISSSS!!"
zenitsu's louder-than-normal screech managed to attract the attention of the nearby train officers.
a loud whistle was heard, you sigh, everyone goes on alert, turning in that direction.
"what are you doing?! hey, you!" two train guards run at you four.
as they approach, they spot the katana's you all wore.
"hey! these guys have katana's! the police! call the police!"
"oh, crap! crap! crap! crap!" inosuke screeches, yanking onto zenitsu and nezuko's haori, running and pulling them along with you running aside.
"RUNNN!" he shouts.
you smile as you jog alongside inosuke dragging the other two.
"thanks to you, we went through hell, zenitsu! say sorry!" inosuke demands, hands on hips.

"why'd we have to run from the police, anyway?" nezuko points out.
you smile slightly, "us demon slayers aren't officially recognised by the government. it's a bit hard to walk around in broad daylight with our katana's. they wouldn't believe us if we suddenly told them all about demons. it'd only confuse and frighten them"
"even though we're working so hard?" nezuko murmurs sadly, you smile sadly.
"well, it can't be helped" inosuke frowns.
"fow now, let's hide our katana's on our backs" you suggest.
they all nod, though zenitsu begrudgingly.
you scoot your katana behind your half pink-half black and green checkered haori, adjusting it to be more comfortable along with nezuko and zenitsu.
inosuke had a bit more trouble.
as he didn't wear the demon slayer uniform top, he didn't really have anywhere to hide his katana's.
he put them on his back anyway, looking proud of his new look.
you sweat-drop, smiling.
"YOU IDIOT! EVERYONE CAN SEE YOUR KATANA'S" zenitsu smacks inosuke who wails in pain, coddling your arm.
you all turn to the long train as it's engines steam, letting off a loud hoot.
"CRAP! THE TRAIN'S LEAVING!" zenitsu shouts, "ARE THOSE ANNOYING POLICE STILL AROUND?!"
you glance around, "nope!"
"WE GOTTA GO!" inosuke squeals.
zenitsu lets out a mad laugh, sprinting forward towards the train.
inosuke face-palms, "NO! YOU IDIOT!"
"let's go, too!" nezuko nods, running after them.
you take inosuke's hand, pulling him along as the two of you run after.
zenitsu and nezuko leap onto the ledge of the train.
you grip inosuke's hand, "hold on!"
he screams as you jump forwards, pulling him along onto the vey end of the train where a small deck lay.
inosuke awes as he looks over at the train leaving, "woah! it's fast!"
he smiles serenely, stepping back besides nezuko.
"nezuko.."
she blinks, turning to him.
"are you sure about bringing tanjiro-kun along?" he murmurs, you smile.
"wouldn't the demon slayer headquarters be safest for him?"
nezuko smiles, shutting her eyes and looking forward.
"yeah. it's fine. wherever we go, tanjiro and i, and now [name], will be together. we're never going to be apart again" she glances at the box and then you, you place a gentle kiss to her forehead, she grins widely.
inosuke whines, "hey, i want one too!"
you chuckle warmly, stepping over and pushing the hair covering his forehead back, kissing it gently.
he flushes red but beams happily, hugging your waist, "YAY! NEE-SAN [NAME]!"
zenitsu just huffs, crossing his arms and turning his head to the side.
you chuckle anyways, stepping forward and doing the same, pushing his hair from his forehead before kissing it gently.
his face bursts red, "HEY! DON'T DO THAT TO ME, WOMAN! I'M NOT A CHILD!"
you just laugh, patting his head.
"HEY! I WANT HEAD PATS, TOO!"
"me too!"
