I stopped when I saw two wolves. One in wolf form, the other in human form. I walked up to them and they turned to me. They smiled and stopped me. "Can we help you? Are you lost?" The guy with blue eyes asked.

"No. Im here to see Eric." I said. He laughed and I didn't get what was so funny. He stoppeed laughing and had a serious look on his face.

"Eric doesn't like visitors. He is busy anyway." He said. I got mad.

Eric was the one who said I should visit him. Thats when I got an idea. "Look. I might be a human and not as strong as you but Eric is the one who told me to visit him." I said. I gave them a death glare and mister blue eyes turned into black orbs.

"Is that suppose to be a threat. Im Eric's mate. If you don't let, I will tell him everything that just happened." I said in a loud commanding voice I never knew I had.

They both looked a bit scared and nervous. Was this the power of being a luna? Amazing. "Ok. If what you say is true then you are our luna." He said and they both bowed. "We will take you to Alpha Eric." They got up and showed me where the house was.

"And luna, Im Gabriel and he is Nate." He introduced. I smiled.

"My name is Blake." I said. Nate walked behind me while Gabriel walked in front of me.

They seemed happy that I was here. The book did say a pack needs both alpha and luna. We walked for a few minutes until we got to the house. Should I start calling it a pack house?

We finally arrived at the house and I am sure it is bigger than Celeste's home. Nate ran back and Gabriel showed me inside. "Alpha Eric should be in his office. Its this way." He said.

As we were walking to his office, I got some weird stares and glares but I didn't care. We went to the forth floor of the house and stopped at a two door room. "Just wait here real quick luna." He said.

He went in and it got quiet. Three mintues later Eric came out of the office and smiled at me. "Blake. What are you doing here?" He asked.

"Well, you did say I should visit you and I got bored at home. So I asked Celeste where your territory was." I explained.

"Well atleast their good for something. How about I show you around before I introduce you to anyone." He said. I agreed and he gave me the grand tour of the pack house.

He also told me that their pack name is The Red Star and Celeste pack's name is The North Star. They named their pack after the north star. The tour was...long. Well, it is a four story building, what was I expecting.

We were currently on the forth floor and stopped at a two oak wood door. "This is my room." He said as he opened the door. The room had grey walls and a balcony. There were two doors which Im assuming one is the bathroom and the other is the closet.

The bed had a dark blue blanket with white pillows. There was a dark blue carpet in front of the bed and a tv. A bookshelf with books and a few snow globes. The room was nice. Why were we here again?

"This place is nice. You know, You met my mom. When can I meet your parents?" I asked and looked into his direction. He licked his bottom lip and looked out the window. "Meeting my parents. Maybe next time." He said.

I walked to the balcony doors and stepped out. I looked to the fields and saw the some wolves training and some kids playing with each other. It looked so beautiful to be able to see what wolves do.

"And the pack?" I turned to Eric.

"What about them?" He asked. I hesitated at first but spoke.

"When do I get to meet them?" I asked. I held my hand and looked to the ground.

Meeting Nate and Gabriel was nice, but I felt happy to find out their apart of my mate's pack. It feels like I can read their emotions, like the moment I saw them and told them who I am, they had hope in their eyes.

I felt happy seeing that and I wanted to see it again. "Meeting the pack is different than anything else. Some members might not like the fact that your a human." He said. I looked back at everyone and they seemed happy but then I looked at the ones training.

They stopped excersing and was looking into the trees. "Eric. Is it normal for them to be doing that?" I asked. He stood next to me and looked at the trainers. I looked at the kids and they ran inside.

"No. Someone is here. Stay here Blake. Dont come out of this room unless I get you." He said and ran out. I was full of questions. Was it serious? What's out there? Will Eric be ok? Why cant I come too?

Some of the trainers shifted into their wolf form and they all took a few steps back. Five guys came out of the forest and Eric ran towards them. I wish I could hear them.

They talked for two hours and the wolves started surrounding them. Where they gonna fight? The guy Eric was talking to pulled him by his shirt and took everything for me not to scream in anger at him.

I took a deep breath and calmed myself down. Eric pushed him off and they left. I was mad. Who were those guys? What did they want? I had so many questions.

I heard footsteps and Eric walked in. I rushed towards him and his shirt was a mess. "Are you ok? Who where those guys?" I asked. He sighed and didn't look at me.

"They were nobody and Im fine. Don't worry." He said. Is he serious? How can I not worry? I shook my head and stepped closer to him. I looked at him and turned his head so he could look at me.

"Don't look at the floor, look at me." I said. He still looked at the ground. "Eric look at me. Talk to me. You say I should stop walking away from my problems. Well you should stop hiding yours."

He looked me in the eyes and he couldn't help but smile. "Their vampires. I made a deal with them that if I could get them some humans to feed on, then they would leave The North Star pack alone." He explained.

I was shocked and when I put two and two together I figured everything else. "So thats why you kill. To protect them. But why?" I asked. Confused to why he made the deal.

"Our packs were always friends in the past but one day when our pack got attacked, The north Star pack did nothing. I didn't want history to repeat itself." He said.

"So your not a monster. Your actually a shy puppy in disguise." I said and Eric couldn't help but laugh.

I had a cocky smile on my face. "You are a piece of work and... I am not a shy puppy." Eric said.

"Sure." I said sarcastically. He rolled his eyes and looked into my eyes. "And your a stubborn bitch." He said.

I hit him on the arm and walked away from him. "I am not stubborn." I defended myself.

"You are stubborn and your mom can back me up." He said. I didn't know what to say cause he was right. "See. I was right." Eric said.

"Your an ass." I said with a smile. He smirked at me and pulled something out of his drawer. He walked to me and he had a box in his hand he opened it at it was a gold necklace with my name on it.

"Where did you get this?" I asked still shocked he got me a necklace.

"It doesn't matter where I got it. It is for you and you should always wear it. Let me put it on you." He said. He stood behind me and put on the necklace. I held my hair and couldn't help but smile.

"Its beatiful." I said when he put it on me. I turned to him and held his hands. "I have something for you too." I said.

"What would that be?" He asked. I looked into his eyes then to his lips.

I stood closer to him and kissed him. He seemed surprised at first but then he kissed me back. I felt sparks ignite in me. He made the kiss passionate but gentle. He broke the kiss and looked at me. "Your gift is better than mine." He said and I couldn't help but blush. That was my first real kiss.
