(Y/N) opened the window, allowing me to get in, but he didn't close it. I assume he is still agitated. Wonder what kind of thing he dreamed about...
(Y/N): B-buddy, you arrived at a... bad moment.
He sat at the desk.
(Y/N): I just had a bad dream, that's all...
He said that with a trembling voice.
(Y/N): I carry them all on my head...
I went between his arm and stayed there.
(Y/N): Do you... want to help me sleep?
I croaked.
(Y/N): I don't know if I can go back to...
He approached the bed, and I followed him.
(Y/N): If you get bored..., the window is still open...
Don't worry. I won't leave you.
(Y/N): Let's try...
He took a while before falling asleep. I turned back to my human form when I knew he was asleep again and caressed his cheek...
Raven: I may not be like Summer, but I can try to be supportive... If you need it...
I lay beside him. Maybe I'll stay like this for a little while.
(Next day)
Third-person view.
(Y/N) woke up and saw Raven in her bird form.
(Y/N): You stayed... Hmm, maybe sleeping with someone is the solution to my nightmares... no... more like a temporary one...
He walked towards the window.
(Y/N): I assume you have things to do, so...
He placed Raven at the window, but she flew to his shoulder.
(Y/N): I have to take a bath, buddy...
He placed her again at the window, but she stayed there.
(Y/N): You can accompany me later.
She flew away. (Y/N) prepared himself. Someone knocked on the door.
(Y/N): It's unlocked. Come in.
A waitress came in and waved.
(Y/N): Oh, is this... breakfast? Well then, thank you very much.
The waitress smiled and nodded. (Y/N) couldn't help to notice that somehow he had seen her face before.
Atlas City
Raven's POV
Well, I have to wait a bit before meeting (Y/N) again... I'm just going to get something to eat. What the hell? Is that Cinder? What is she doing there? It looks like Cinder is smuggling weapons... I went down the alleyway and returned to my human form.
Raven: Doing shady business... eh?
Cinder: Do you even say hello to me?
Raven: No, I don't think so. What the hell is going on here?
Cinder: Doing business, forming a monopoly of conventional weapons.
Raven: Yeah, and the bounty on your head will get doubled.
