689.Jeon's don't cry

Wonwoo widened his eyes in shock and asked, "What happened? Why are you crying? Did something happen?"

With her head buried in Wonwoo's chest, Somi shook her head. "It's nothing, I was just missing you, mom, dad and everyone."

"But-"

"Take me home Wonwoo. I wanna see mom." Somi said in between her sobs.

Pulling away, Wonwoo wiped her tears away and cupped her cheeks. "Hey, why are you crying? I am here already so you don't have to worry okay? Geez you look super ugly when you cry."

When Somi didn't stop crying, Wonwoo frowned deeper. Usually when he called her ugly, Somi would start throwing tantrums and beat the shit out of him but today it was different. Somi kept on hugging him and sobbed harder.

Looking at Hwan who was staring at Somi with misty eyes, Wonwoo pursed his lips. Something seemed off between them but he couldn't really point it out.

Wonwoo had left home early in the morning to look for them. Things became much more easier when Haruto managed to track down their exact location.

"Hey Somi, remember what father taught us when we were small?" Wonwoo asked.

Somi slowly nodded her head and said, "Jeon's don't cry."

Wonwoo smiled and nodded his head. "Yes, so why are you crying? Remember that you are a Jeon and we are supposed to make others cry."

Wiping her tears away when Somi nodded her head, Wonwoo patted her head and said, "Go and sit in the car. I'll be there in a minute."

After making sure that Somi boarded the car, Wonwoo lashed out at Hwan. "What did you do? Why is my sister crying?"

When Hwan did not say anything, Wonwoo shouted, "Are you not going to say anything now? Are you going to stay quiet? Tell me what happened."

Both the Li brothers were always extra possessive of their sisters. Seeing Somi's miserable condition, Wonwoo's blood boiled.

"You know how lucky you are that brother Jeonsan isn't here? You know what would've happened if he was here right?" Wonwoo asked.

When Hwan still did not say anything, Wonwoo frowned deeper. "Uncle Yoongi is going to kill you if you have really bullied Somi."

"Take care of her." Hwan said before boarding his car and driving away.

Massaging his forehead Wonwoo sighed. He was already really upset after what happened between him and Sana yesterday at the cinema. And now seeing Somi like that worsened his mood.

After taking a deep breath, Wonwoo calmed himself down before boarding his car.

Jeon Corporation.

Glancing at her watch every now and then, Sana kept on wondering why he hadn't arrived yet.

Yesterday after Wonwoo left, Sana realised that she had gone overboard and said things that she shouldn't have.

She couldn't stop herself from thinking about him all night. She also felt very guilty for snapping at him for no good reason.

Her guilt surged up when she realised that no one in the office actually knew or talked about what had happened yesterday.

Sana wanted to apologise to him for her rude behaviour but it was almost lunch time and Wonwoo hadn't arrived yet.

Taking out her phone, Sana was about to call him but decided not to. What would he tell him? And what if he ignored her call? How was she to face him again if he actually ignored her calls and messages?

Tossing her phone aside, she groaned in frustration. She ruined everything but Sana was determined to fix things with Wonwoo.

Kim corporation.

Haruto's office.

"Hey, why did you call me over?" Yejin asked.

"Ahh thank God you are, I actually need your help over something really very important." Haruto said before rushing towards Yejin.

Yejin on the other hand, couldn't take her eyes off him. How could someone be so charming, smart, handsome and sexy at the same time?

Yejin had a huge crush on Haruto since high school but she never had the guts to tell him about it because she wasn't sure whether he felt the same way or not.

When Haruto requested her to come over to his office saying that he wanted to talk to her about something important, Yejin was delighted. Though she didn't know what he wanted to talk to her about, Yejin still couldn't help but feel giddy.

"Help? What kind of help?" Yejin asked.

"I cannot take Somi's help because she is my sister and you know Huiling is busy with her new job and the guys are not good at these things. And you are the only girl from our group who isn't doing anything so I thought maybe you could help me." Without waiting for her reply, Haruto added, "You remember Jasmine right?"

"The over smart and arrogant one from our high school?" Yejin asked.

Haruto nodded his head and said, "Yes, Jasmine. I met her a couple of days ago at the mall and then we exchanged numbers. After talking for a couple of days, we decided to go on a date so I need your help to choose a gift for her."

Yejin pursed her lips and clutched her hand into a fist. " So you called me over for that and nothing else?"

"What else? I don't understand." Haruto asked.

Grabbing her bag, Yejin got up and started walking towards the door.

"Hey Yejin wait." Haruto shouted before rushing towards her.

"Listen to me Haruto, I am not doing anything at the moment doesn't mean that I have time for this shit. Don't call me over to help you with shitty and irrelevant things like this. And FYI, I already got a job in the finance department in Park corporation so I am no more free for your shit." Yejin snapped.

Stopping mid way, she turned around and added, "And if you really want to gift that horny woman something, how about a sex you? That would be the perfect gift for her."

Without waiting for his reply, Yejin dashed out of the office.
