760.Three large women

"Didn't the nurse tell you that there was an emergency when she called you over?" Jiyun asked, his mere presence made her feel weird and irie.

Jeongin chuckled and nodded his head. "Well, the nurse also told me that the patient especially asked them not to call me at first so I thought maybe you were the one who called for me."

"It doesn't matter whether the patient wants you or not, it's an emergency and as a doctor you are supposed to volunteer," Without waiting for his reply, she made her way towards the patient.

"How is the patient?" She asked the nurse.

"Despite a few scratches, everything else is normal," the nurse informed.

"Sister-in-law," Jeongin muttered before pushing the nurse aside and checking Sooji.

Jiyun frowned and asked, "Sister-in-law? You know the patient?"

"Of course I do, her name is Sooji and she is my brothers wife. How did this happen?" He yelled.

....

Outside.

"I have called Haruto, he will be here after sometime," Jeonsan said.

Seungmin sighed and nodded his head, "Thank you so much Mr Jeon, I am really very grateful of you."

Patting his shoulder, Jeonsan smiled, "It's alright, even you have helped us alot." Pausing for a while, he asked, "How did this happen?"

"We were going to the hotel from the airport when a car dashed against ours. Thankfully the driver diverted the car to the other direction but we still ended up hitting a tree. Luckily Sooji was asleep and I was holding her tightly otherwise—" Closing his eyes, Seungmin sighed. He didn't even wanna think what would've happened if the driver wasn't fast enough or he was there to protect his wife and their unborn child.

Jeonsan frowned and was about to say something when Jiyun came out of the OPD. "The patient is stable now and the baby is okay too. We will shift her to the room soon."

Seungmin breathed a sigh of relief and thanked Jiyun. "Thank you so much Dr Gu, I am really very grateful to you."

"You should thank Dr Jeongin and not me, he was one who is checking on your wife and the baby."

Seungmin pursed his lips and said, "I hope the other Dr Gu will take over everything soon."

"Sure, I'll manage that for you."

After Seungmin left, Jiyun pursed her lips and immersed herself in a very deep thought. She was trying to figure the relationship betwren Jeongin and Seungmin. If they were really siblings as Jeongin claimed, she wondered why Seungmin wouldn't want his brother to treat his wife.

"What happened babe? You seem a bit stressed," Jeonsan inquired.

Keeping quiet for quite sometime, she asked, "If someone is sick from our family, whom will you call for help?"

"You or uncle Jin."

"And what if someone from our family is pregnant?"

Jeonsan frowned and asked, "Who the hell is pregnant? Is Yuqi pregnant? Don't tell me that it's Somi."

Smacking his arm, she frowned, "No Jeonsan, it's just a hypothetical question."

He breathed and sigh of relief and said, "Well, obviously aunt Jisoo."

"You see, that is what everyone will do right? Look for someone whom they know whenever a problem arises."

"Babe, what are you talking about?" He curiously asked. He had no idea why she sad suddenly asking hypothetical questions.

"That guy who just left, I just found out that he is Dr Jeongins brother," she answered.

"But—"

Cutting him off, Jiyun nodded her head, "Yes, it's weird how he doesn't want Dr Jeongin to treat his wife."

Pausing for a while, he said, "His name is Seungmin Isaac Weldon, he is a friend of Haruto and Yunho. We can ask them if you need to know anything."

When Jiyun miffed her head, he continued, "Or may be they are having some family dispute you know."

"Yeah, maybe I am just overthinking."

Jeon mansion.

When Hwan and Yunho arrived at the mansion, Somi, Misan and Yejin were waiting for them in the entrance.

"What happened to Wonwoo?" Yunho inquired.

"He doesn't want to talk to anyone but it looks really bad," Somi answered.

"What exactly happned?" Ash frowned.

Keeping quiet for quite sometime, Yejin said, "He was mugged by three large women."

"What?" Everyone shouted in unison.

"Wait a sec, are you trying to say that Wonwoo got mugged by three women?" Yunho frowned deeper.

Awkwardly clearing her throat, Yejin added, "Three large women."

"How the hell is that possible? I am sure that he is trying to play some prank on us." He couldn't believe and was very sure that there was no way Wonwoo would've been mugged.

When Somi pinged Hwan's waist and gestured him to help them out, he massaged his forehead and reluctantly added, "Yun you know how Wonwoo is right?"

"What do you mean?"

Shrugging his shoulders, Hwan continued, "Well, I mean he is like a fish finger, crunchy from the outside and soft from the inside. He may look tough but he is not."

Before Yunho could say anything, Misan said, "He is very upset and doesn't want to see anyone, you should go and console him."

He nodded his head and said, "Okay, let's go Hwan."

"Not Hwan—" pausing for while, Somi added, "I mean, I need to talk to him about something important so I'll send him in later."

"Okay, I'll go and check him out."

After Yunho left, Hwan frowned at the three women who couldn't stop laughing. "Seriously? Mugged? Large women? You could've just said that he was attacked by a shark or something."

"Stop being sarcastic, at least we came up with an excuse unlike you," Misan snapped.

"You think Wonwoo is a fish finger?" Yejin chuckled.

"Who thinks am I what?" Wonwoo inquired who had just arrived home.

"Hwan thinks that you are a fish finger," h

Misan chuckled.

Patting Hwan's shoulder, Wonwoo grinned, "It's alright man, Sana loves fish finger so I don't mind being one. Anyway, what is going on?"

"It's a long story."

"Cut it short."
