It's early in the morning.
Sunlight gushes into the room of the Wind Estate, the room where slept the two Hashiras of Wind and Water.
Giyuu wakes up suddenly, by the fear of him being caught by someone.
He knew if anyone saw him sleeping together with Sanemi, things would take a very bad turn.
He immediately looks over at Sanemi, who was sleeping peacefully beside him.
Giyuu smiles at him, planting a soft kiss on his forehead.
"I love you, Sanemi..."
He whispers quickly, and gets up.
As he gets out of his bed, he looks back one last time at Sanemi and heads out.
Just as he leaves the Wind Estate, he walks into Mitsuri.
"Gasp! Tomioka-San! Good Morning!"
"Good morning, Kanroji."
"What's up this early in the morning?"
"Ah! N-Nothing..."
Giyuu replies, a slight blush appearing on his cheeks.
"Huh? Where are you coming from?"
Asks Mitsuri, curiously.
"Umm..."
Giyuu takes a moment to think of what he should say.
If I lie about it, and she finds out I was lying, it won't turn out good. I should be cool about it. I'll just, tell her that I went to Sanemi's place to give him some... Ohagi! That's right, Ohagi.
Thinks Giyuu.
"I was at Sanemi's place."
"ALL NIGHT, RIGHT?"
She asks as she grins widely.
"N-Not all night... Who told you that?"
"Kocho-san did!"
She smiles and adds,
"By the way, did you just call Shinazugawa-San Sanemi?"
"U-Umm... Yes, I did."
"Why so?"
Why did I walk into her...
Giyuu thinks.
"Because he... asked me to."
Giyuu says calmly.
"Huh? You're kidding me right? He, Shinazugawa-San asked you to call him SANEMI!?"
Giyuu nods.
"Oh, okay! But anyways, why were you there all night if you only went there to give him Ohagi?"
Mitsuri asks, innocently.
Giyuu takes a deep breath and quickly decides to think what he should say. That's when he opens his mouth to say,
"He was going to make Ohagi last night, so I decided to join him and make some with him. Therefore, I was there last night."
"Oh, Okay! Have a good day,
Tomioka-San! See you!"
"You too."
Giyuu let out a sigh of relief, thinking that he's safe now.
He quickly walks back to his Estate.
He walks inside his room, and closes the door behind him slowly.
He sits on his bed and recalls everything that had happened between him and Sanemi last night.
"Me and Shinazugawa-San... We did not- I can't believe I did it last night! What was going on in my mind?"
Giyuu blushes and lays on the bed.
He stares at the ceiling picturing a happy, smiling Sanemi.
"He looks so happy when he smiles! I wish he would always smile like that... It's precious."
He says quietly to himself.
