PART 45: BACK HOME

Fluff!!!

The sun came up, burning both the bodies together.

"Sigh... Weak demons! We are the Hashiras, it was easy, obviously! Let's go back."
Sanemi said.

"Oh... But I feel bad for them, they deserved so much better!"
Mitsuri said.

"Just because they were treated bad in their past doesn't mean that they would kill others! What did the little kids do to them, they had no right to kill the innocent kids!"
Sanemi yelled, walking to the house.

"You're right!"
Said Mitsuri.

"I'm just happy this ended."
Giyuu joined the two and they made their long way back.

It was the middle of the day and the three reached the house.

"You all look like you're in a... pretty bad condition."
Yukio said.

The boy took the Hashiras in the house and told them to rest.

"Just to let you know that there's a hot spring too and you could go there!"

"Yeah! Why not!"
Mitsuri said and ran to take a bath.

Sanemi and Giyuu stared at her.

"I'm so fucking tired!"
Sanemi said.

Giyuu stared at Sanemi.

Mitsuri went in the hot water and grinned with joy.

"Can't wait to tell~ Iguro-San~ About this brand new~ love I see~"
She sang and hummed.

"Sigh... I am just, just so... Happy!"
She said.

"Hmm... If I think about it, Oyakata-sama said that there were Demons in various places... And, this was our first destination, so that means... It's not over yet!"

"So much work! I'm tired..."
She said.

Mitsuri slowly closed her eyes and fell asleep.

Mitsuri wakes up.

"Huh!? I fell asleep while taking a bath!? Sigh... I need to get up."

"I am back!"
She said.

"Sigh... Finally! Kanroji, what took you so long!?"
Asked Sanemi.

"Umm, I fell asleep!"

"WHAT!?"
Sanemi asked with disbelief.

"Calm down, Sanemi..."
Giyuu looked at him.

"Yeah, whatever!"
Sanemi blushed slightly and went to the hot spring.

Sanemi slowly went inside the steamy hot water.

"Ah... Finally, time to rest."
He said.

He closed his eyes shut and enjoyed the silence, maybe staying with Giyuu made him quieter.

So calm!
He thought. But soon, he heard bubbling noises.

He looked at the water and saw bubbles form up.

"What's that?"
Sanemi looked over to check what it was.

Splash!

"Cough! Cough! What the fuck!?"
Sanemi rubbed his eyes.

"Sorry."

Sanemi recognised the voice.

"Giyuu?"
He asked.

"Yeah?"

"When the actual fuck did you get in here? I don't remember coming with you, you were in the house, weren't you?"

"I have my ways."

"Yeah, whatever."
Sanemi shrugged and closed his eyes again.

Giyuu blushed slightly and came closer to Sanemi's face.

He gave him a peck on the cheek.

"Giyuu..."

Giyuu continued leaving quick kisses on his face.

He kissed Sanemi's forehead, his nose and then, went further down.

They were inches apart.

Giyuu was taking too long.
Sanemi got irritated and pulled towards him.

Smooch!

"Mmmh!"

"Sanemi, I was going to do it!"
Giyuu said as he pouted.

"Yeah right, you were taking too long."
Said Sanemi as he chuckled.

"Anyways, why were you under the water?"

"I was holding my breath. This would help me use my breathing styles more efficiently."
Said Giyuu.

"Hey Sanemi?"

"Hmm?"

"Do you want to play a game?"

"What game?"

"The one who holds their breath for the longest time, wins."
Said Giyuu.

"I'll win!"
Said Sanemi.

"We'll see about that."
Replied Giyuu.

Both of them held each other's hands and looked at each other.

"We will go down in..."
