Tomorrow is my grand opening for my store which is called Amora Styles. But as of right now, it's 10 at night as me and Alex are in the pool swimming around and talking about baby names. How did we get on topic, I have no idea.

"What about Eric?" I asked him.

"How about no? We black. What black nigga you know name Eric?" He said as he was swimming towards me. I wrapped my legs around his waist as I rubbed his head.

"There was this one black guy named Eric in my high school. He even had a crush on me." I said as he laughed.

"That's hell no then. I'm not naming my son after some nigga who used to like my girl." He said.

"What about DeShawn?"

"Now you're just on some drugs. That's too fucking common." He replied.

"Okay, then you say something." I said. I watched him think for a moment then he spoke.

"Milo."

"That's not bad but why?"

"Milo translates to soldier." He said.

"Okay, I like it if I can pick our daughter's name if we have one." I told him.

"What do you mean if? We having one. I want a daughter first."

"I'm surprised you don't want a son first, most guys do." I told him as we both got out of the pool. We dried off and walked to our room.

"I'm not most guys. You know that. And I want a little you running around I wouldn't mind. I'll get to spoil her." He said as I smiled. We took a shower and then got in bed together.

"What would we name our daughter?" He said as I laid my head on his chest, using my fingers to trace his tattoos.

"Nova." I said.

"Why?"

"Nova is also an astronomic term given to brighten stars that appear and to release powerful energy." I told him.

"I like it, and the meaning. Especially if she's our kid I know she'll have a powerful energy. She'll get from you." He said as he started rubbing my back.

"You think I have powerful energy?"

"Yes, I do. I've always thought that. Your aura. Everything about you is powerful to me. The way your smile brightens up a room. The way you walk, like no one can touch you. When you got out of the relationship with Jeremiah. The way you started standing up for yourself to him. The way you work. The way you love hard. Your kindness. Your creativity. I can go on and on." He said as I smiled.

"I think you have powerful energy as well." I told him.

"Oh really?" He said, his voice was huskier than usual. I knew he was getting tired.
