"Please leave me"

Those words echoed throughout. They both were now sitting on the pebbled shore where the waves would hit every now and then. 

Jungkook kept looking at him, his face stoic. Taehyung slowly lowered his eyes because he knew whatever he just said was not fair to Jungkook but whatever he was going through because of Taehyung was also not fair. One way or other he would hurt him but somehow it was better if he was out of his life, that would hurt him for a while but being with him meant lifelong agony

"I am a mess Jungkook" his voice is so quiet still so deep "not the kind who has a an obsessive ex or a drinking problem my mess is so" he chuckles comprehending the absurdity of his fate "so unique..I ..I" he closes his eyes and takes a deep breath "I am a murderer Jungkook"

Jungkook's eyes widens

He knows

But he doesn't say anything instead allows Taehyung to vent out but he is a bit surprised at how calm Taehyung is at the moment. Is it a good thing.?

Taehyung slowly looks up "If I am not wrong ....you knew right?"

Jungkook doesn't say anything he looks the other way

Taehyung smiles

"I am not mad Jungkook. I do not think I have the right to be. I am a murderer....a monster. And the worst part is I don't even have a control over it. I am a mess ...the worst kind. And if you stay with me all you will get is sorrow and pain and torment. I cannot give you anything that is good. I am dangerous for you, for hyung, for Jimin....for everybody. Jungkook " his voice finally starts to tremble as his eyes start to get filled with tears "please leave me. I cant afford to har-m-m you"

They both stay quite for a while. Taehyung and Jungkook both looking intently into each others eyes.

Finally, one of them spoke

"You are right" said Jungkook with a small smile on his face

"You actually didn't bring anything good for me" he says looking straight into Taehyung's eyes, whose heart was beating really fast at the moment

Am I actually going to lose him forever?

Jungkook very softly puts his hand on Taehyung's cheek

"You gave me the best"

Taehyung's eyes softens and his heartbeat slows down as well

"I was this man who had built a sheild around himself which isolated me from all the emotions. Then you came and broke that sheild. You taught me what it's like to be compassionate to have empathy...to love. You stood by me even though you didn't have to. You tolerated me made me a better person. Most importantly Taehyung you made me happy....so so happy"

He took both of Taehyung's hand in his and brought them close to his heart

"So, Kim Taehyung I am so sorry for being selfish but I really can't listen to you and let go of my happiness. The happiness that lies with....YOU"

Jungkook softly kisses his knuckles and stays there till Taehyung speaks

"But now I am not Just that happiness Jungkook. I bring other things with me"

"And I accept them all" Jungkook answers as he abruptly lifts his head. He places one of his hand on Taehyung's cheek and gets closer

"I accept them all and I'll stand by you no matter what!! Let me tell you something.....You are not HIM. You are  you! You are KIM TAEHYUNG....The person that only knows how to love and how to spread joy. Your demons are not you they are just a part of you and together we will remove them from you...forever. You made my life better now please give me a chance to do the same for you"

Taehyung's lips tremble a bit "what if we fail" he Mumbles softly

Jungkook smiles and puts his forehead on his "we won't. I will never let that happen"

As soon as he finishes his sentence Taehyung hugs him so tightly as if his life depended on it. As if he wanted to be just there on that shore with the love of his life forever....

"I want to be happy again Jungkook I want to live I want to live with you" He speaks as he sobs

Jungkook also wraps his arms around him tightly "We will my love...we will get out of all these and we will live a happy life....together"

They both stay in each others arm for a while but then Jungkook sees Hobi running towards them. That man had both confusion and panic on his face

He was about to advance towards them when Jungkook raised his hand and signalled him to stop. His other hand was on Taehyung who laid in the comfort of his arm.

Jungkook brought his lips closer to Taehyung and whispered "let's go home"

Jungkook and Hobi were now on the rooftop of the Police Headquarters. Taehyung was safely dropped at home where Namjoon took care of the rest

"Why did you hide this from me?" Hobi asks looking straight at the busy road..Jungkook was standing just beside him, who was also looking straight

"I wanted to sort things out first amd this isn't something I am comfortable sharing with" he replies taking a puff of his cigarette

"Typical" replies Hobi. He wanted to be a bit more angry but he realised at this moment this isn't what his friend needs.

"What are you going to do now?" He asks tilting a bit and looking at his friend

Jungkook takes a long puff and blows out the smoke. He throws the cigarette away and looks at Hobi

"Now I am going to start the real game" he walks away putting his black jacket over his shoulder!!
