(scene opens to Foggy Bottom where Mason is out for a walk with Hex not knowing Mayor Humdinger was hiding nearby)
Hex: So Mason, any plans for today?
Mason: (shrugs) Not really!
(Mason and Hex step on a section of ground which sinks several inches)
Mason: (confused) Huh?
Hex: (realizes) I just remember I forgot to undo this booby trap I left for one of my cousins!
Mason: Launcher?
Hex: (nods) You've got that tardigrade suit right?
Mason: Yep! (reveals the disc) Promise to get rid of it after launch?
Hex: (nods) I'll do it! (leaps to safety)
(Mason is launched into the sky before being engulfed in a red light as he flies into space while is satchel lands nearby)
Hex: Now to get rid of this! (works her magic to erase the launching platform from existence) All gone!
Mayor Humdinger's voice: (shouts) Mine!
Hex: (looks back) Hey! That's Mason!
Mayor Humdinger: (cackles) Mine now! (pulls out a purple creature power suit and disc)
Hex: (growls) Hand it over!
Mayor Humdinger: Never! (pulls a pronghorn disc and fur) Good enough! (flash of purple light)
(scene change to Leo and Cat Marshall snuggling outside the Lookout)
Rory: I'm surprised they're together!
Shade: Yep!
(Mayor Humdinger runs around the Lookout wearing a pronghorn suit with Hex collapsing from exhaustion)
Hex: (panting) (coughs) Too much running!
Shade: (gasps) Hex, what's wrong?
Hex: (catches her breath) Mayor Humdinger has Mason's satchel after a mistake I made!
Rory: (concerned) What happened?
Hex: Mason got launched into space by accident, it was a prank for my cousins who can teleport!
Rory and Shade: (gasps) Oh no!
Hex: (calmly) No worries though, Mason's alright he activated the perfect creature power for survival in space and something else for reentry!
Leo: (walks over nuzzling Cat Marshall) What about Mason in space?
Shade: Let's just say one of Hex's traps sent Mason into orbit!
Hex: I assure you he'll be back down in a while!
Rory: I hope you're right! Since the Cat Pack and Everest are the only ones around since our other pup friends and Ryder are visiting Barkingburg!
(Mayor Humdinger returns now wearing a rhino suit)
Mayor Humdinger: (evil cackles) Behold the might of the rhino! (charges toward them)
All but Hex: Uh oh!
Hex: I've got this one! (inhales to inflate herself)
Mayor Humdinger: Ha! You won't stop me!
(when Mayor Humdinger's rhino horn collides with Hex it shatters to pieces that magically vanish)
Mayor Humdinger: (shocked) What!?
Hex: I simply made myself harder than a diamond! Which broke your rhino horn! (deflates herself)
Mayor Humdinger: (grabs Cat Marshall) You're coming with me kitten!
