Not long after, it was time for Huo Wei to go back to work. Yu Yuan woke up earlier to see her husband off to work that day.

Huo Wei buttoned up his shirt while standing in front of the mirror. He reckoned that he would look different today. Since Yu Yuan woke up earlier today, she decided to have some fun and select an outfit for her husband. She had picked up a cream-colored shirt and a navy blue suit. A stark contrast from his usual solemn black attire.

After buttoning up his shirt, he looked towards the walk-in closet where his wife was searching for a tie. "You didn't have to wake up this early. You should have gotten a few more hours of sleep."

Yu Yuan walked out with a tie in her hand. "It's fine. I'm happy to do it."

She approached him and placed the tie around his neck before tying it into a clean knot. While at it, she informed him, "I'm going out with my friends today, and I won't be back early. It's something like an after-bachelorette party. Although it's just 3 of us."

Huo Wei watched his wife work on his tie. They were so close he could smell the sweet scent unique to her. It reminded him of last night when that scent engulfed him and dazzled his senses. It took a moment before he responded, "Alright. When you are ready to come home, call me. I'll get someone to pick you up."

"Yes, hubby."

She patted his neat tie and picked up his jacket. She helped him put it on before admiring her handiwork. "You look even more dashing today. I bet even more women will be looking at you today. Make sure none of them get close. Remember, you are mine."

His eyes had a bit of indulgence in them, "Yes, ma'am."

"Good." She leaned forward and gave him a quick kiss before retreating. "Have a good day."

But he pulled her back for another one much deeper than the first. When he finally let her go, a couple of minutes had passed. His fingers caressed her slightly red lips with a satisfied look. "I'll see you tonight."

"Okay," she responded breathlessly.

When Huo Wei arrived at his office, Assistant Lin moved to open the car door. He quickly noticed that his boss' attire was different from normal. Without thinking too much, he already knew it was the influence of the new madam.

"Good morning, President Huo. You look exceptional today." As a qualified assistant, you should know when to flatter your boss.

Huo Wei didn't respond, but his facial expression softened a little.

The staff at Huo company watched their CEO with wide eyes. They had seen their boss in black custom-made suits for so long that seeing him in something else felt like the sum was rising from the West. What was even more important was that he looked even more handsome today.

Whoever convinced the boss to change his style deserved a heaven spot.
