On Saturday, the couple made their way to the arranged venue. It was a private equestrian center owned by Luo Hai. It had everything related to horse riding and other recreational facilities like a fitness center and a swimming pool.

When they arrived, everyone was already there in the waiting area, but there was one extra person.

One of them exclaimed, "Huo Wei is here with sister-in-law!"

He said it with so much enthusiasm and with a grin on his face. He looked like a lively person. "I'm Xie Chang," he introduced.

"Hello."

Xie Chang gushed, "I've been looking forward to meeting you. You have no idea how upset I was to miss your visit the last time."

He looked like he was about to continue talking when one of them interrupted jokingly, "That's enough, Xie Chang. Do you want to be the only person she recognizes?"

Yu Yuan turned to look at the speaker. He was good-looking like the rest of them, but he had a steady and gentle air around him.

"My name is Luo Hai," he introduced himself, "and this is Song An," he gestured to the man beside him, who had a somewhat frivolous aura and a playful smile.

"Welcome, Sister-in-law."

Yu Yuan returned their greetings.

Then Luo Hai introduced the last person. "This is my younger sister, Luo Meili. Since most of us are men, I thought having her around would make things better."

The lady gave her greetings, but Yu Yuan could tell she was reluctant. The way she looked at her wasn't friendly either.

Yu Yuan couldn't help but wonder how she had offended this young miss, but she still responded, "Nice to meet you."

Luo Hai shifted the focus back to the upcoming activities. "Everything has been prepared. We can change our clothes and go straight to the riding arena."

Everyone agreed to change into their riding clothes and meet at the riding arena. The changing rooms for males and females were in different locations, so Luo Hai led the men to the changing room while Yu Yuan followed Luo Meili.

Once they were alone, Luo Meili's dissatisfaction became more noticeable. She led Yu Yuan to the women's changing room, pointed randomly to a locker, and rudely said, "You can use that one." Then she immediately left to another section of the changing room, making it clear she didn't want to associate with her.

Yu Yuan raised her eyebrows. Why were both brother and sister such opposites?

She didn't bother with her attitude and went ahead to change clothing.

When Yu Yuan stepped out of the room, Luo Meili was already waiting outside. Yu Yuan knew that she was unwilling but didn't dare show her dissatisfaction by leaving her behind.

Luo Meili's expression grew worse when she saw Yu Yuan's outfit. Yu Yuan was clad in a tailored riding outfit with a scarf loosely tied around her neck. The outfit accentuated her figure in the right places, drawing special attention to her graceful legs. Her every action exuded an air of effortless elegance.

Luo Meili was green with jealousy. She had meticulously prepared this outfit when she knew she was going to be here. Even her hair had been carefully styled, but the moment Yu Yuan appeared, her charm overwhelmed her and relegated her to the background. She didn't need to think too much to know who all eyes would fall on.

She was angry but couldn't do anything. "Why are you so slow?" she scolded. Then she left in another direction before Yu Yuan could reply.

Yu Yuan couldn't be bothered by her antics and just followed her.
