Boruto's words caught in his throat as he observed your entrance into the classroom. At first glance, you appeared somewhat timid, your fingers fumbling nervously. There was a noticeable pause before you mustered the courage to speak.

"I'm (y/n)," you introduced yourself, your voice trembling slightly. "I hope we can get along." Your words hung in the air, filling the room with a quiet vulnerability. Himawari, on the verge of tears, watched your approach as you took a seat next to Sarada, who greeted you with a warm smile.

Boruto found himself unable to tear his gaze away from you, even as the teacher delved into a lesson on the intricacies of the French language.

-

"Boruto, Himawari, would you mind telling us what's wrong?" Sarada's gentle touch on Himawari's shoulder conveyed her concern. Boruto, on the other hand, couldn't help but feel a pang of unease as he watched you, Sumire, Wasabi, and Namida enjoying your meal together. You appeared far more extroverted than in his dream, effortlessly forging new friendships while exuding an air of casual confidence. It was a stark contrast to the enigmatic, dreamlike version of you he had encountered.

As Boruto grappled with his thoughts, Himawari wiped away her tears before she found her voice. "Everything is fine, it's just..." Her words trailed off, her usually sunny disposition clouded by confusion. Even his usually bright sister couldn't fully grasp the situation.

Chocho, munching on her donut, interjected with curiosity, "Did something happen between you and the new girl?" Boruto and Himawari exchanged worried glances before deciding to share the unusual events with their friends.

Sarada and Chocho listened intently as they absorbed the strange revelation. "She was my uncle and dad's adoptive sister?" Sarada's eyebrow arched in disbelief. "How-"

"Don't question it," Boruto sighed, shaking his head. The dream had certainly thrown them for a loop with its inexplicable and illogical elements. The fact that Sasuke was her cousin, when in reality, she was his daughter, was baffling. Obito's presence also defied reason, given that he had long passed away alongside his close comrades, Deidara and Sasori of the Akatsuki.

"I threw a party, where people died? That must've been a blast" Chocho's casual remark raised eyebrows and led to a reproachful glance from Sarada. It was evident that the hardships of their journey had left a profound impact on Boruto and Himawari.

Before Sarada could finish her thought, Shikadai and Inojin suddenly called out to them. "Boruto! Guys! You need to see this!" Their voices echoed through the cafeteria, prompting the group to exchange curious glances before quickly rising from their seats. They hurried outside, eager to discover the cause of the commotion.

-

Amidst the bustling schoolyard, Boruto cringed at the excited comments of his fellow female students. They were all gathered by the entrance, their attention fixated on something or someone. As Boruto approached, he could see a car parked outside, and from it descended a strikingly youthful-looking man. His posture was impeccable, dressed in a crisp white shirt with a green sweater and black glasses that reflected the sun's rays.

Sarada gasped in disbelief, "Uncle?!"

Itachi?! Himawari's jaw dropped slightly, while Boruto couldn't help but sweat at the unexpected appearance of yet another enigmatic figure. It seemed like the real world was intent on weaving a surreal narrative of its own.

Shikadai, always the voice of reason, interrupted their stunned thoughts, "Didn't you guys hear? He's going to be our new counselor."

"Counselor?!" Boruto and Himawari exclaimed simultaneously, their surprise palpable. Boruto grimaced as Itachi made his way toward the school entrance, trailed by an entourage of intrigued onlookers, particularly young girls. As Itachi passed by their group, he greeted Sarada with a gentle headpat. Then, his gaze shifted toward Boruto and Himawari, causing Boruto to meet his intense stare with suspicion. However, to his surprise, Itachi offered him a reassuring smile before continuing on his way, leaving behind a bewildered Boruto.
