The tension between Boruto and Himawari had reached its peak, and their argument had left both of them emotionally drained. Boruto couldn't understand why his sister had become so angry and distant, while Himawari felt like her brother was just trying to control her and make her return to her old, vulnerable self.

As Boruto walked away, he couldn't help but feel a sense of frustration and helplessness. He had only wanted to help his sister and bring back the caring, loving Himawari he used to know. But his attempts had backfired, and now they were both hurting.

Boruto's anger and confusion led him to take out his frustration on a nearby wall, his fist making contact with the hard surface. Pain shot through his hand, but it was nothing compared to the emotional turmoil he was experiencing.

"Why couldn't things be as simple as they used to be?" he muttered to himself, his voice filled with frustration and regret. He missed the times when a simple hug could make everything better, when he and Himawari could rely on each other for support and comfort.

But now, everything had changed. The world was a different place, and they were both struggling to find their place in it. Boruto knew that he couldn't force his sister to change, and he had to respect her choices, even if he didn't understand them.

Taking a deep breath, he realized that he needed to give Himawari space and time to figure things out on her own. Pushing her too hard would only push her further away. As he walked away from the wall, he couldn't help but hope that one day they would find their way back to each other, and that their bond as siblings would be as strong as it once was.

"She's... dead?" Neji echoed, his eyes widening in horror as the doctor delivered the grim news.

The doctor nodded solemnly, maintaining a calm demeanor in the face of the devastating revelation. "And her oldest brother went missing."

Neji struggled to process the information, his mind reeling with disbelief and guilt. He had intended to visit you and your brothers at the hospital, offering his support during these trying times. Instead, he found himself grappling with the harsh reality of your passing.

"Why did this happen?" Neji asked in a hushed voice, his tone filled with sorrow.

"Heart attack," the doctor explained, his voice tinged with sympathy. "We're not entirely sure of the cause. We did everything we could, administered blood and medications. It might have been triggered by strong emotions—shock, grief, or overwhelming mental stress."

Neji's brows furrowed at the mention of "mental stress." The idea that emotions could impact someone's health to this extent weighed heavily on his heart. He wished he could have done something to prevent this tragedy.

"I... see," Neji replied quietly, his gaze dropping to the floor. He felt helpless, unable to change the outcome no matter how much he wished otherwise.

The doctor, sensing Neji's grief and frustration, offered a compassionate smile. "You care deeply for them, don't you?"

Neji nodded, his voice barely above a whisper. "Yes, I do."

The doctor's smile grew warmer. "That's understandable. And you're likely assisting the authorities in finding her missing brother, I presume?"

"Indeed," Neji confirmed, his determination shining through.

"Very well," the doctor said, gesturing toward the door to Sasuke's room. "You can visit her second brother now."

Neji took a deep breath and entered the room, preparing himself for what lay ahead. His cousin had advised him to bring a personal gift to lift Sasuke's spirits, but he wasn't sure if he had chosen the right one.
