He hated the man in the mirror. Dean hated every thing about himself, the demons yelling in his head, blocking out other thoughts. He collapses on the floor and screams the first name that comes to mind.
Castiel comes bursting into the bathroom, cradling the broken soul in his arms,"I'm here Dean, I'm here." He shushes Dean's sobs, carrying him to the hotel bed.
Dean sobs loudly, clutching at the trench coat for dear life.
"Don't leave me Cas."
"I won't Dean. I promised you that ages ago."
And Castiel never broke that promise.
