I just want to say this chapter took me FOREVER to get right. I deleted the entire chapter, TWICE, and just about threw in the towel halfway through writing this one. 
Shoutout to Venti818  for keeping me sane during that overly dramatic and purely manic time. You are the real MVP for not only reading through my rough drafts, but also helping keep me on track and motivated 😂

Also this story is just about 10k words so godspeed while reading, it's going to be a long one. Should I work on making the chapters shorter? Is this too much to read at once?

Jisung: his emotions seem
to be more in check
We promised not to leave
him behind, so now we just
need to prove that to him.
I think if he doesn't go back
today we will lose all the
progress that I've been
breaking my back to make
the past few days. 

Chan: Alright.

"Lixie, are you ready yet?" Jisung called out from inside the kitchen, pouring two glasses of juice and setting them on top of the counter.

"I'm ready!" Felix giggled, bouncing out of his bedroom and nearly tripping over his own two clumsy left feet. He was still feeling a bit weak after spending nearly the last four days in bed.

"Wow, take it easy there, baby boy," Jisung chuckled, circling around the counter top to wrap a protective arm around the younger's petite waist.

He leaned down, unable to resist nuzzling his nose into the younger's neck. "You look so beautiful today," he muttered, breathing in the omega's warm vanilla scent, happily allowing it to completely fill his senses.
