"Morning, Chief." Ryan Spalding said when looking at the chief of surgery, "I heard there was a guy with worms in his brain." He further explained to their chief of surgery who stands in front of them.
The interns all stand intrigued, "Does anyone know the medical term for worms in the brain?" Their chief of surgery questioned as the rest of the interns looked confused expect for Ryan Grey, "Neurocycsricercosis."
"Exactly." Ryan smirked when Richard nods his head at what the Grey Male intern had said, "Dr Stevens requested you all today for a special project." Ryan furrowed his eyebrows at the blonde resident, "Okay,"
She stepped forwards handing Lexie a stack of envelopes, "Take an envelope, and then pass the rest back, but do not open them." The blonde resident claimed as Ryan then got handed an envelope to what he handed the rest back to Izzie, "You're gonna need them for the first game we're gonna play."
"That's what we're doing today, playing games?" Steve questioned, "Cheer up. We are gonna have so much fun." Grazine turned to look in her envelope, "I said don't open the envelope. Don't you know how to play a simple game?"
"I did when I was eight." The intern replied back.
Izzie just sighed, "Let's just go." The interns all sighed before following after the blonde headed resident who lead them around the corner.

Each intern had their own mannequin, "Inside each one of your envelopes is the name of a surgery. Your task is to drape it to your patients accordingly. On your marks, get set. Go."
The intern each opened their envelopes, "Come on, people. This is supposed to be fun. Don't take it so seriously." The blonde resident then came towards Ryan who had drape for pancreatic cancer.
The Grey male intern ran from the mannequin looking each corridor where he then sees Lexie running, following after his sister going towards Mark who had their next envelope, "Would you please me your symptoms so I can concentrate?"
Ryan furrowed his eyebrows when he was near to a nurse hearing Mark, "Tachycardia, angiodema, hypertension, severe chest and abdominal pain, difficulty breathing and throat—"
"Anaphylactic shock!"
George then came towards them, "Whoa, whoa. Foul." Ryan furrowed his eyebrows, "What?" He said to the approaching resident, "You heard her answer."
"The whole hospital heard her answer, dude." Ryan stated to the male resident, "Well, you should've kept a respectful distance." George took the cards from Mark's hand, "New symptoms. Resume play."
Mark then looked to his friend who wasn't happy, "Ask me." He said with a smile as Ryan looked at the plastic surgeon, "What are your symptoms?" Mark started to say his symptoms to what Ryan than responded with, "Neurocycsricercosis."
"Yes." He handed the next envelope over to Ryan who thanked him before walking at an pace not wanting to get told off again by George O'Malley knowing that he was following them around.

The redhead stood in front of Ryan and Meredith, "Addison, my brother, Ryan." The charmer of the Grey family smiled at Addison, "Ahh, the women who Derek was married to when he slept with my sister." He said when shaking Addison's hand.
Addison looked at the charming smile on the Grey male's lips when Izzie clapped her hands when seeing Ryan standing around, "Ryan, stop standing around!" The Grey male intern rolled his eyes, "Sorry, I need to go." He replied showing the envelope in his hand, "Izzie has us doing a game,"
Meredith nods her head at what her brother said as the intern looked back to Addison, "I'll see you around," He spoke with a charming smile turning around and walking off to find his next envelope.
"He's the one who punched Derek right when he found out?"
Meredith nods her head, "Even though he's younger, he acts like he's older," She claimed as Addison looked back at the resident, "I understand that, brothers are always going to be protective over their sisters even if their older. It's what brothers do." Addison replied to what she implied about her own brother.

Ryan went to where he sees Miranda Bailey near the OR room with Mark Sloan and another doctor in there, "Dr Bailey." Miranda looked at the intern, "Ask me for my symptoms."
"What are your symptoms?"
Sam Bennett and Noami Bennett looked at the Grey male Intern when his eyes went to where Addison stood against the gallery glass looking down into the surgery happening, "Ryan." The male hummed focusing, "Tachycardia, angiodema, hypertension, severe chest and abdominal pain, difficulty breathing and—"
"Anaphylactic shock,"
The resident smiled handing Ryan his next envelope as he opened it reading the next clue to who had the envelope he needed, "Is that the man with the neurocycsricercosis,"
Miranda hummed, "It's also Addison's brother," Ryan looked at where Addison hadn't moved from looking out of the gallery glass at where her brother was under anesthesia on Derek's OR table, "Ryan." George O'Malley stood there seeing the card in Ryan's hand, "Go and find your next clue."
The intern nods his head walking out of the OR gallery, going towards who had his last clue seeing the patient he needed to check, "Here you go."
Ryan came out of the patient's room making eye contact with his half sister and Steve before the three all ran down the hallway and to where the three resident plus their chief of surgery stood waiting for them to cross the taped line.
"Come on, come on!" "Bring it in!" "Move! Move! Move!"
Ryan pushed himself further forwards when the three interns all crossed the tape finish line at the same time, "George?" Izzie then said looking at the other resident, "Three way tie."
"Okay—" Izzie looked at three final interns, "final patient diagnosis," Izzie then pointed at Steve, "Motion sickness!" Izzie sighed to when she then pointed at Ryan, who looked at his sister knowing how much his sister had missed being in actual surgeries, "Dengue Fever!"
"No."
Izzie then looked at Lexie who was out of breath as Ryan was breathing normally since he ran in the morning most of the time to keep himself fit and healthy, "neurocysticercosis!"
The blonde headed resident clapped her hands, "Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner." George announced to what Lexie laughed, "Nicely done." Izzie put a ribbon around her neck before Lexie then asked, "Wait, what's the prize?"
Richard looked at them, "That you get to scrub in on Shepherd's craniotomy and hold the doomsday sucker." Lexie cheered before turning to her brother, "What's a doomsday sucker?" Ryan shrugged his shoulders at that question.
